Our concept is all about finding the right talented young people who have what it takes to put a lot of effort in a successful career within the competitive dressage scene. It isn’t necessarily about discovering the best rider – it is about discovering those with the dedication, passion, talent & will to outshine their competitors. We are certainly not aiming to attract top riders, we are seeking

for youth riders who are extremely motivated and determined to make it in Dressage. Whether they are still studying, seeking their way in the equestrian sport or developing a real passion for horses.
