Lieve Castelão, wij hebben lang naar jou uitgekeken. Vorig jaar had jouw mama haar veulen verloren. En nu was jij daar. Een hele knappe stoere kerel met heel veel pit. Tegelijkertijd was je een echte knuffelaar. Een frontale botsing met jouw mama op de weide werd jou fataal. We heb gewacht tot na het ponykamp zodat iedereen met een knuffel kon afscheid nemen. We hebben jou maar een week bij ons gehad, maar je blijft voor altijd in ons hart lieve Castelão. Slaap nu maar. 💔😭🌟 Dank voor de goede zorgen Dierenarts Niek Cherlet 🙏

Jong geleerd ... 3 Op verzoek van velen, hier een stukje van de les dit weekend... Een bomproof paard begint met schirktraining van het veulen. In het begin is het veulen nog wat schrikkerig, maar naar het einde toe is hij al heel wat zekerder. Hier Steven aan het werk met Scotch Whisky.

Jong geleerd ... Paarden fokken is ook paarden opleren. Van veulen naar handelbaar paard met respect voor eigenaar, ruiter, dokter of hoefsmid. Veulens maken kennis met wijken voor druk, verschil constante en ritmische druk, voeten geven, ... en dit met zachte hand, maar op een conseqquente wijze. Hier Steven HORSE Heaven aan het werk met Scotch Whisky.
