Vacature: fulltime manager stoeterij en landerijen voor Diepensteyn

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

Planning en toezicht op groenonderhoud domeinen in Steenhuffel en Hansbeke
* permanent toezicht op de netheid op beide domeinen ( circa 30ha)
* onderhandelen en opvolgen externe onderhoudscontracten
* opmaak jaarkalender groenonderhoud en dagelijkse opvolging ervan

Landbouwactiviteiten
* weidebeheer : toekennen van jaarcontracten en toezicht op uitvoering
* schapenteelt
* verkoop gras/hooi

Stoeterij (+/- 16 Belgische trekpaarden)
* voeding en verzorging
* fokkerij
* africhten van jonge paarden (zadelmak maken, mennen, ...)
* sporadisch showrijden op locatie
* beheer garelen, tuigen en wagencollectie

Uitwerking van nieuwe initiatieven
* met de provincie Vlaams Brabant (dienst Toerisme en Erfgoed)
* met het Fonds GavoorGeluk (veerkrachtige jongeren in Vlaanderen)

Leiding geven aan 4 vaste medewerkers (waaronder conciërge) en sporadisch ook aan stagiairs/jobstudenten

Administratieve taken
* plaatsen bestellingen
* opvolgen facturen
* aangiftes landbouwactiviteiten

Je profiel:
 Je behaalde minimaal een bachelordiploma
 Je hebt ervaring met landbouw (weide- & grasbeheer, groenonderhoud,...) en/of stoeterij (africhten
& mennen, fokbeleid,...)
 Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, initiatief en kan een team aansturen
 Je bent oplossingsgericht en hebt een hands-on ingesteldheid
 Je hebt kennis van de belangrijke regelgeving m.b.t. landbouw
 Je bent communicatief
 Je werkt vlot in Word en Excel
 Je bent bij voorkeur reeds in het bezit van een menbrevet, vrachtwagen- en traktorrijbewijs,

Gezien het outdoor wedstrijd seizoen eraan komt zullen we regelmatig enkele dagen op wedstrijd zijn.
GEZOCHT: jongen/meisje dat gepassioneerd is en ervaring heeft met paarden (regio Lubbeek) dat tijdens onze afwezigheid voor de thuisblijvers wil zorgen (eten geven, mest uithalen, buiten zetten, verzorgen, eventueel rijden/ longeren

As you may have seen on our story Sipoem’s Colette is back at our stable for a week of intens training. First of all we want to thank the owners for the trust in us, we are very happy to welcome Colette at the stable. She is a lovely pony, she may be small but she compensates it with her kind heart and passion for jumping. We are very pleased to see that she is doing so well with her owners, a true golden match❤️

Chablisse R Z CSI* 15 may

Our first international experience is a fact: - Thursday had we an unfortunate fault but a quick time - Saturday we took the 4th place home with an amazing feeling - Sunday went not so smooth we had to retire, the 125 class was a bit to early for Chablisse r z and me But we hold on to the feeling of Thursday and Saturday and our team is already looking forward to our next show 💪 (Video of Saturday)

We had a nice training yesterday with 3 horses (Fanta, Chablisse and Jazz), they all did their very best and we are really happy with the feeling 🚀

Jazz✨ jumped a clear round in the 80 cm. with our youngest rider 🚀

This is how we prepare our horses for shows, we hope that they will start soon 🤞
