Last year our beloved Puntinato Ballante Shining Star Stippa won the clubshow of NCDH in Holland.
As a present she recieved a personal painting made by Jos Rijks. This week we recieved the final result and OMG what a beautiful present!

Last weekend we had the first show of the year in Genk. We saw it as a practice for our dogs because it was for some dogs a long time ago they stood in the ring. But we were very pleased with the results:

Daelly Dot’s Xingalong Man After Midnight won Puppy Class and was Best Puppy

Puntinato Ballante Weihai Wej’s Wanderlust was 2nd placed in Intermedium Class

Puntinato Ballante Shining Star Stippa won Champion Class, became Beste Female and BOS 🤩🐶😍

Puntinato Ballante Tic Tac Terror won Champion Class, was Beste Male and BOB! He also won Group 6!! In BIS he was a bit stressed because he had too p**p 😅😂

Zeker aan te raden!!!

🐾 Nieuwe oproep naar Dalmatiërs 🐾

De prevalentie van hartaandoeningen bij de Dalmatiër zijn momenteel zo goed als onbekend. Er bestaan zowel aangeboren als verworven hartaandoeningen, zoals klepaandoeningen en dilatorische cardiomyopathie (DCM). Op vraag van de Koninklijke Belgische Club voor Dalmatische honden (KBCDH) en in lijn met een studie die in Duitsland recent gestart werd door collega’s van het Collegium Cardiologicum, willen we onze cardiologische expertise graag inzetten om hartaandoeningen bij de dalmatiër in kaart te brengen.

Daarbovenop doen we onderzoek naar een nieuwe screening tool voor DCM, met het doel om de ziekte vroeger te detecteren, vroeger te behandelen en dus de levensverwachting te verhogen.

Een cardiologisch onderzoek houdt de volgende onderdelen in: een echocardiografie (hartfilmpje, liggend), een elektrocardiogram (zowel standaard elektrocardiogram als met de nieuwe screening tool) en een bloedafname.

On sunday 08/09 we had our annual clubshow at the Hellewel. With 104 entries under judge Laura Ripatti we had the biggest entries in years!

Also with the results of our own dogs we had big succes:

Daelly Dot’s Xingalong Man after Midnight had his show debut and got a second place (2/9) in Minor Puppy.

Puntinato Ballante Wining Wildcard Wizard got a second place in Junior Class.

Puntinato Ballante Wicked N Wild won Intermedium Class, got the Reserve CAC and was reserve Best Male 👌🤩🐶

Puntinato Ballante Silly Sir Six got 2nd place in Breeders Class.

But our ladies did even better than the boys:

Puntinato Ballante Winter White Whistle got 3th place in Junior Class.

Puntinato Ballante Tempting Tropical Tittifrutti was second in Breeders Class.

Puntinato Ballante Shining Star Stippa got the 4th place in Champion Class

But Puntinato Ballante Weihai Wej’s Wanderlust was showed for the first time in Intermedium Class at the age of only 16 months. She won the class, she got her first CAC, she became Best Female and BOS!!! Also she was Best Belgian Bred!!!🤩🐶👌🤩🐶

Besides the great results we had a great time with friends from all over the world! ❤️

Yesterday was a historical day for our kennel. The first litter from our two homebred dogs was born!

Today was the big day for our ‘X’ litter from Mell and Bacardi. They had their vetcheck and Baertest with great results: all puppies are +\+!

First time we used one of our own males, two World Winners will have puppies…. In other words, we are super excited for this litter! 🤞🤩🐶

Every year we are looking forward to enter at the NCDH specialty match. Also this year we were present under judge Gerda Halff- Van Boven:

Puntinato Ballante Wicked N Wild won Youth Class.

Puntinato Ballante Tic Tac Terror was second in Breeders Class.

Puntinato Ballante Weihei Wej’s Wanderlust was second in Youth Class.

But out star of the day:

Puntinato Ballante Shining Star Stippa won Champion Class, became Beste Bitch and in the end she became BEST IN SHOW! 🤩🐶🤩🐶

We are over the moon with these results!

Last weekend we entered only one dog in the show of Gent:

Puntinato Ballante Weihei Wej’s Wanderlust won on saturday Youth Class, became Best Female and Best Youth but also was choosen as BOB!
Thank you judge Ricky Lochs- Romans for appreciating our girl so much!

She is now international Youth Champion! 🤩🐶😍

On sunday our girl won again Youth Class and became Best Youth too under judge Rolf Blessing

Mell and Bacardi are proud new parents of their wonderful litter of 10 puppies! We have 6 girls and 4 boys. 🐶❤️🐶❤️🐶❤️🐶❤️

Zagreb you were amazing! We had the time of our life not only with great results but with amazing friends, wonderful experiences, good food and splendid weather.

Too many things to write down so I will keep it short:

We have not one but TWO new World Winners!

Puntinato Ballante Tic Tac Terror did it again and got the title of WORLD WINNER 2024. He competed also in two other shows where he won each time his class and got the Croatian Champion Title too 🤩🐶🤩🐶

But the star of the week was our youngest sweetheart “Micka”:
Puntinato Ballante Weihai Wej’s Wanderlust won the title of JUNIOR WORLD WINNER 2024!
Later on she was Best Junior and invited for the Ring of honor. She amazed us by winning junior group 6!!! 🤩🐶😍🤩🐶😍

But als Puntinato Ballante Shining Star Stippa performed at her best: she was placed 2nd in championclass and later on she became Reserve Best Bitch!

It was an honor to show our dalmatians in the land of origin of our beloved breed!

But participating at a World Dog Show wouldn’t be possible without a great team at home: thank you Tom & Hanne for taking care of all our animals at home while we were away x
