I call this piece 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

I created the and then with great anxiety I ‘cracked’ it and filled up the cracks with gold paper representing the Japanese art of Kintsugi. (The gold paper is actually from a cake box).

I’m pleased with how the final results turned out.

Baloo's Buddies here's my submission for Week 3 : Calming when life is upside down.

I did a little reading on how autistic people cope with major changes in their life. One of the ways to help them cope I came across was to create sensory areas for them. So I incorporated different textures in some of the individual flowers.
