Enigma’s Enchanted Recovery: The Tale of a Feline Warrior 🐾
Last July, our brave little warrior Enigma found himself in a magical mess. His paws were under a spell of infection, his nail beds were inflamed, and he was dealing with a bothersome mouth ulcer. But even in the darkest of times, this tiny hero had the heart of a lion!
With the swift sorcery of his loving owner and the spellbinding care of Dr. Sabrina, Enigma began his journey back to health. Through a series of mystical treatments and lots of tender love, our courageous kitty embarked on a path to recovery that was nothing short of magical.
Three treatment cycles later, Enigma’s paws are healed, the inflammation has vanished, and his mouth ulcer is shrinking into memory. Our enchanting warrior is back to his playful self, ready to chase dreams and bask in the glow of recovery! 🐱🌟

🐾 Fur Mites and Fungus Checkup for Toothless! 😺💊
Once upon a time, in a veterinary clinic not far away, there was a cat named Toothless—not a Little Mermaid or Little Red Riding Hood cat, but a unique feline with a story of his own!
Toothless, a wise 13-year-old adventurer, recently embarked on a journey to our clinic for a general checkup. His loving owner noticed he'd been battling a pesky runny nose and occasional sneezes.
During his visit, our very own Dr. Sabrina, a veterinarian with a heart of gold, uncovered a challenge: Toothless had furry foes—fur mites on his fur and a touch of fungus in his ear. Fear not! With prescribed medications to soothe the itchiness and ease the mucus, Toothless is already on his way to feeling better.
After his brave checkup, Toothless curled up for a regal beauty nap right on the clinic counter, while his fellow feline friends awaited their turn for checkups.

Meet Miko, the enchanting stray cat who’s found his forever home with a wonderful couple! His latest adventure took him to our mystical clinic for a check-up.
Dr. Sabrina, our wise and compassionate healer, performed a thorough examination and discovered a tiny army of ear mites plotting mischief. Fear not! With the help of enchanted medicated ear drops, Miko’s magical ears will soon be mite-free!
Our brave hero also had a few battle scars on his front paws, which our team carefully cleaned and tended to with all the love and magic we could muster.
The wise Dr. Sabrina also cast a spell of deworming, ensuring Miko's tummy stays happy and healthy. Miko’s next quest? To return in two weeks for his very first vaccination—an important rite of passage for all brave adventurers! 🐱💉
In the meantime, Miko is thriving and enjoying every treat like the true feline royalty he is!🍖

Meet Collie, the adorable Shih Tzu! Don’t be alarmed; Collie is perfectly fine and enjoying herself just like she’s lounging in a hammock. At 7 years old, she's in fantastic health!
Collie recently visited our veterinary clinic for a body checkup and a nail clipping. Isn’t she just the cutest? 🐾❤️

Puppy poodle (skin check-up) - ft Carrot 🐶
Peek-A-Boo! It's the cutie Carrot-poodle here! ✨ Doesn't he just steal your heart with that adorable tongue-out pose? 😍
During Carrot's recent visit in mid-June, our dedicated vet Dr. Hu, carefully examined him and diagnosed a fungal issue on his skin. To ensure Carrot receives the best care, Dr. Hu prescribed oral medication to tackle the problem effectively.
Carrot's next check-up is coming up soon, and we're hoping to see significant improvement in his condition 🌟 Let's send him lots of well wishes for a speedy recovery!

Cat's UTI (Urinary Tract Infections) with Infection - Ft. Collin 🐱
Last June, Collin came to us with loss of appetite and trouble urinating. He had been dribbling urine for three days. During the consultation, our vets found his bladder enlarged but not severely distended. Since his urine couldn't be expressed, we inserted a catheter to relieve the blockage.
Once the catheter was in, blood-filled urine with urinary crystals (struvites) flowed out. Medications were prescribed to reduce the infection and inflammation, and we advised a switch to a urinary diet for optimal recovery. Collin needed the catheter for two weeks until his urine cleared.
Symptoms of Urinary Blockage:
▪ Bloody urine
▪ Squatting in the litter box without urinating
▪ Frequent trips to the litter box
▪ Loss of appetite
▪ Lethargy
▪ Licking the ge***al area
▪ Urinating small amounts or dribbling urine
Urinary blockage often occurs in male cats, but females can be affected too. Always seek immediate veterinary care if you notice these symptoms.

Munchkin British Short Hair, Cat Check up and Deworm - Ft Stormy 🐱
Stormy came over for her regular deworming the other day. Stormy was attended by our veterinarians, Dr. Hu and Dr. Sabrina. General checks were done on her which includes palpating her body.
During the palpation, specifically her stomach, Stormy showed sign of pain. Our vets noticed Stormy was shedding a lot of fur and suspected this could be related to her stomach discomfort where she grooms herself, the fur caught by the comb-like tongue accumulated inside her stomach which is known as Hairball Blockage.
Luckily, it was a minor blockage for our fellow feline and to relief the discomfort, Stormy was prescribed with herbal medication and hairball supplement. Overall, she is in great health.
Symptoms of hairball in the stomach :
▪️ Gagging
▪️ Lack of appetite from upset stomach
▪️ Constipation or lack of bowel movement

Monkey check up - Ft Adek
Back in early April, Adek was brought to our clinic because of a swollen tail. Due to her timidness, she needed her owner to hold her while our senior vet, Dr. Liew, examined her tail.
During the consultation, the owner explained to the vet that Adek had an excessive swelling at the base of her tail, at the level of her a**s, over the previous month. Thus, our vet palpated the tail and no sign of pain shown and the texture of the area is soft.
To determine what is inside the bump, our vet scanned the tail with an ultrasound and the image showed a cystic growth that contained fluid which luckily is benign (non-cancerous). An anti-inflammatory medication was prescribed to reduce the swelling.
2 weeks after the treatment, Adek came back for a review and the swelling reduced tremendously! We are happy for Adek's great recovery!
A cystic growth doesn't mean it can be painless and soft, it could be an accumulated pus that slowly hardened and the bump will become hard which can be painful for the furbabies.
If you happened to notice or found a bump that grows in size on your pet, please bring them to your nearest vet and seek medical attention to ensure it does not affect your pet's well being and have it treated promptly.

Cat’s eye entropion surgery - Ft Bob
Back in September 2023, Bob was brought to the vet clinic because his owner was worried about his right eye.
During the visit, the owner told the vets that he was always continuously crying. During examination, the vets found his right eye had conjunctival inflammation and suffered previous corneal injury. The lower eyelid and the upper eyelid overlap each other when closed and later on, treatments were given accordingly. However, Bob's owner was recommended by our vet to have eye entropion surgery.
On March 2024, Bob came back for eye entropion surgery and the owner wanted him to have his neutering done that same day.
After 1 week of treatment, Bob came back for a review and our vet remove stitches to reveal the wound that healed nicely! Bob is taken aback with being able to see more clearly, which our team is thrilled to hear. He is doing well now.

Dog Dental Scaling - Ft Kobi
Doesn’t Kobi look so adorable? She does a great job posing for a picture 🐾 Kobi underwent dental scaling a few days ago.
What is dental scaling and why is important to get a dental cleaning for both cats and dogs?
▪️ It is the procedure for tartar and plaque removal.
▪️ It helps to eliminates potential infections;
(Such as gingivitis and mouth ulcer which can affect your pet’s appetite, comfort and overall health)
Symptoms of dental infections can be seen from;
▪️ Excessive salivating
▪️ Lack of appetite
▪️ Inflammed or bleeding gums
▪️ Has a hard time chewing food especially dry kibbles
▪️ Bad smell coming from the mouth
If you notice any of the symptoms, please bring your your pet for a dental check-up with your local vet.

Cat’s UTI (Urinary tract infections) with Infection - Ft J***y
J***y had an emergency because he was getting weaker. During the consultation, his owner told us that he always go back and forth to his litter box.
We found out that J***y’s bladder was hard when he was palpated by our senior vet, Dr.Liew. Procedure was done on the same day where a catheter was inserted in order to clear out the blockage to relief the bladder.
J***y was also diagnosed with severe infection in the bladder/kidney and oral medications were prescribed to counter it.
After 1 week of treatment, J***y came back for a review. We checked his urine and, good new! His urine is clear yellow. His appetite has returned as well. Our team are so happy to see J***y is getting better!

The Shy-Hedgehog - Ft Heggy
Take a look at him; isn’t he adorable? He's such a bashful hedgehog 😍🥺
Heggy visited us for a checkup because his owner is concerned about his swelling foot.
During the visit, Dr Liew noticed there was a small wound with mild swelling on his left back paw and an open wound on his inner front paw. Heggy also have a nasal arch (left nose) wound.
Thus, our vet decided to examine the f***s under a microscope and found some scabies and eggs. Treatments were later given accordingly.

Fur mites (Cat)- Ft Meow Meow 😺
Meow Meow’s owner brought him to the clinic for a General check up and get a Vaccination.
During his visit, our vets Dr Hu and Dr Sabrina, found a lot of fur mites on Meow Meow’s fur. Alongside treatment, the vets advised Meow Meow’s owner to bathe him with medicated shampoo.
After 2 cycles of treatment, Meow Meow came to visit us again for the fur mite review and we are happy to let you know that he is fur mite-free and is doing well . Hooray! 🥳

Rabbit Castration - Ft Rocket
Looking at Rocket just go "Awww why is he so cute?! , What a little cute bunny?” but did you know he is a Netherland Dwarf and already six months old? Suprised? 😂😍
Rocket underwent castration a few days ago, and we are hoping for a speedy recovery.

Cloudy eye (Cat) - Ft Abundance
Abundance visited us for a checkup since her owner is concerned about her right eye being cloudy and watery.
Abundance is very difficult cat to restrain it ,so her owner had to give her special treats to keep her distracted while our vet examined her. Later on, Dr Hu found out that her right eye cornea is cloudy and the conjunctiva is inflamed. Treatments were later given accordingly.
After 3 treatment. Her right eye has improved significantly; the conjunctivitis has decreased and the cornea is become less cloudy. So our vet advised the owner to monitor Abundance. Other than that, She is now in a very good condition and remain her normal feisty cat as usual.
