A big thank you to Ada and team at CASPET Services for importing my two cats from ๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ข๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ข.
Firstly I choose CASPET Services based on my discussion with Ada, having already spoken to a few agents I knew CASPET Services was different as first and fore most they are a NGO caring for strays so I knew they would have my cats best interest at heart.
CASPET Services is very experienced in pet transport and worked with my export agent to ensure correct documentation was prepared for the import permit.
CASPET Services also ensures that the shortest flights and stop over times are booked.
For the stopover, they organised a pet hotel so the cats could stretch and relax.
Upon arrival in Brunie, I could not take the cats straight away, and they organised a catery to accommodate them until I could take ownership.
All in all, CASPET Services was really great, and I would use them again. The true sign of success is that my cats are with me, stress free, and in great health.
