Combo Green Salad
This salad which is very easy to make creates an explosion of taste in your mouth. All of the ingredients are available from DrewEdwards Urban Farm.
1. One cup of Chinese Cabbage greens
2. ¼ cup of Round Chinese Cabbage greens
3. ¼ cup of Endive
4. ¼ cup of Green Mustard
5. ¼ cup of Red Mustard
6. ¼ cup of Purple Romaine Lettuce
7. ¼ cup of Red Sweet /Bell cut in circles
8. ¼ cup of Green Scallion / young onions
9. One large tomato
10. A table spoon of both sweet and red Basil
Toss together and serve.
You may embellish with cold cuts, croutons, bits of bacon etc .
Add your favorite dressing and enjoy.

Add colour to your salad with YELLOW tomatoes. They are just seeding now. Give them a couple of weeks and they will be ready to be sold.
