These babies are still needing a home! They are both doing great at sit, liedown, and leash training. Jericho is the sweetest little boy...he just follows me everywhere. Scout has so much curiosity and is such a little smarty.

Wren ❤ What a gem this puppy is. She is getting very good at sit, and waits politely for a treat (she learns so stinking fast lol). She loves kids and is so easygoing and sweet with them.

Announcing some big changes in the Sumas Guardian family!

After hearing about some hip dysplasia in Astra's family and some reevaluation of her hip tests, I have decided not to breed her. While Astra's hips are fully functional for her life (she can hike and run no problem), I don't want to run the risk of having a pup with worse hips. I will be looking for a farm or property for her to be living on going forward. This has definitely not been an easy decision to make and has taken me about four months to finally settle on 😔. I absolutely love this girl. She is an amazing dog. If anyone has a place in their home and heart for her, let me know 😊

In light of this I am keeping one of Otter and Decker's puppies for future breeding! Introducing Wren ❤ She is a very sweet pup. Very smart and easy going :)

These are some big changes...I will be very sad to see Astra go, but am excited to watch Wren grow up and keep Otter's amazing genetics going 😊

Scout ❤

I just love this girl. She is pretty independent, but very sweet. Often when I call the puppies in for the night, she'll be curled up in some corner by herself sleeping, waiting for me to come and get her. She can be very playful. She actually reminds me a lot of her mom at this age, both in looks and personality...and Otter has grown up to be the best dog ever!

Sweetest, most cuddly baby ever. She is very easy going and gentle. She is happy doing anything as long as she is with you.

Salish is one of the three female pups still looking for a home. She's a very affectionate pup: constantly at my feet waiting for cuddles and belly scratches. She is really friendly and easygoing.

Jericho is the last boy still available. He is a sensitive pup: very sweet and cuddly, but takes a bit to adjust to new things. He loves playing with his siblings or just sitting at my feet ❤🐶

Tess is one of our three girls still available 😊 She's a quiet girl, but very smart and a go-getter. She will probably be the biggest girl...she is built like a tank lol. She is such a sweety and really gentle ❤🐶

Winnie is a sweet, cuddly litte girl. Like her namesake Winnie the Pooh, she's just a happy teddy bear 🐻❤

Tessa is a smart little go-getter. She is confident, fun, and friendly 🐕😉

"Then and Now" Post Otter's second litter 🐶🐶 The dad of this litter was Cruso. This was one of the easiest litters I've ever had...they were very easygoing and quiet pups.

Here we have Midnight, Ollie, Alaska, and Luna. Midnight has some of the most unique markings I've had on a pup! Sadly, I don't have pictures of Luna and Alaska as adults

Finally getting back to "Then and Now" posts, here is Forest's Fourth Litter! The dad of this litter is Cruso (Maremma/ Akbash).

This litter was sooo unique!! We had white pups, black/ brindle pups, a gray one, and even a red puppy. Here we have Decker, Max, Shadow, and Eska and Aster!

This is Forest and Balloo Litter 2. This litter was so fun with all the different markings that each pup had 😊. I can't remember the exact birthday of this litter, so please remind me in the comments if you have a puppy from this litter.

Here we have Kahlua, Mojo, Finn, and Tucker!! (Coming in part 2 is Bandit, Leo, Freyja, Nukko, and Winter)

Also, I am going through so many puppy pictures I am pretty sure at some point I am going to post a dog in the wrong litter or pair a puppy picture with the wrong dog lol.
