Hello, my name is Faith. I am currently finishing my second year of post secondary at the University of Calgary, majoring in BSc Psychology.
I absolutely love pets; dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, geckos/lizards, and snakes (just to name a few). You name it, I’ve probably either had one or worked with one before. I pretty much grew up in a zoo, I’ve owned/lived with a variety of different animals (medium-large breed dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, a variety of fish and frogs, and crested geckos) meaning I know how to take care of a lot of different little friends.
I’ve been a pet sitter for a couple years now, and always strive to be a trustworthy and respectful sitter in any home. I have experience with puppies, adult, and senior dogs, along with kittens, adult, and senior cats. I am experienced in providing medication and injecting insulin.
My general rates are as follows:
$15/ visit (15-20 mins)
$20/ visit holiday rate (15-20 mins)
$30/ night stay (house sitting or pet sitting)
$35/ night holiday rate* (house sitting or pet sitting)
**these rates apply up to 2 adult animals.
*holiday rates are whenever 1+ nights fall over a calendar holiday.
$10/extra cat
$15/extra dog
$3/puppy fee (under a year old)*
$2/kitten fee (under a year old)*
*puppy/kitten fees are added on top of every visit/night
I can also provide receipts and invoices.
Over the next little while I will be posting photos of different pets I have sitted/owned (with the owners’ permission of course). I will also be posting my calendar to show my availability.
Often times I don’t need much notice (3-7 days) though more notice is always welcomed. If I have the availability (am not house sitting for another individual/family) I will accommodate your request 🙂
