What a way to close out the weekend!! I am now an official nominee for the 2026 Canadian Choice Award 🥳. Being recognized like this is such an honour and I am so grateful to all of the wonderful people - family, friends and clients - who nominated me these past few weeks. Running a business solo can be challenging at times, and there are definitely moments of discouragement and self doubt. However, there are also many, many moments of happiness, accomplishment and pride in having started from scratch, and to have come as far as I have today.

I would not be in the position I am without the amazing group of clients I have, and I am keenly aware that, without them, Pepper’s Pack Pet Care would not exist. To all of my lovely clients, thank you. Thank you for supporting my passion, for believing in my abilities and above all, for entrusting me with the care of your fur babies 💚🐾

Autumn so far 🍁🍂🌿🦃

We may have received a sizeable dumping of snow yesterday, for which I was woefully unprepared, but it is still autumn for another few weeks, and I have been soaking in the beautiful colours, crisp air, and allllll the doggie walks in the crunchy leaves. Autumn is my absolute favourite time of year, and I love capturing my clients in the golden sunlight ☀️. There’s just something about fall that hits different.

So before we say goodbye to the vibrant colours of autumn and embrace the quiet serenity of winter, please take a moment and enjoy these beauties 🐾💚

Welcome ✨COCO✨

This little lady, who is a 7-year old Shih-Poo living a life a luxury with her owners 👑, is the newest member of Pepper’s Pack Pet Care. Coco joined my crew recently, and although she was initially quite reluctant to let me into her inner circle, she has since warmed up to me, and now greets me with a wagging tail.

My interactions with Coco are a mix of walks and in-home visits, and always include lots of pettings (ear rubs are a particular favourite) and happy flops on the grass 🥰

Welcome ✨ISLA✨

This stunning 7-month old girl may be a big mix of breeds (Australian Shepherd-Collie-Labrador-Australian Cattle Dog-German Shepherd), but she is 100% adorable, and ~slightly~ mischievous 😉.

Isla is one of the newest members of Pepper’s Pack, having joined in September, and we have spent the last few weeks building trust, getting to know each other, and finding our rhythm. I have the pleasure of walking Isla twice a day, twice a week, and she has already developed some great leash manners, and continues to work really hard on learning her commands 🥰.

There is no doubt that Isla is a great addition to my pack, and I look forward to many, many more walks with this sweet and spunky gal 🐾.

Hiiiii……does anyone know where the last few months have gone, because mentally I’m still in August, but my calendar is telling me it’s November 🫠. It’s been super busy (which is great!!) but I’ve fallen a bit behind on showing off all of my beautiful clients, like Cali here. So keep your eyes peeled for some incoming cuteness, and maybe a new face, or two 👀
