2024 saw big things for Sevenmoons! We welcomed new families for oir puppies, we saw world adventures for our puppies. 2025 is bringing some exciting things already in the works!

Friday was a rough day.

Seven came to me when she was a tiny 9 week old puppy. She was so full of Round worms. it took us months to clear her of them, and years to repair her digestive system. This little black spotted puppy brought with her a zest for life, a goofiness and a love like no other! Seven was and is a spitfire!
Seven came from what we thought was a great breeder, everyone across North America thought this. But man were we all fooled! I will not get into the details, its horrific.
Seven has been a well loved and treasured dog in my house! Loves everyone! And wants all the attention to herself!
Last year I toyed with the decision to place Seven in a. retirement home. I talked to many potential families and none were right. They all would be great homes for a dog! But none were the right home for my Seven.
One day about 6 weeks ago I got a message from a lady just outside Sherwood Park. And when Seven and I met with her, I instantly knew this would be her perfect retirement home! Seven loved her and instantly gave her hugs, kisses and started talking to her!
On Friday, I brought Seven to this family. The 2 kids (aged 7 and 10) had no clue they were getting a dog. They had just returned from Disney World 2 days prior. And to have a real life Dalmatian in their home as their own was like every little kids dream! It was everything I had to not break down in tears. Seven has landed softly in the best retirement home! Kids, and acreage to run and play in and a family that loves her! And best of all, absolutely no sharing of attention with other dogs!
So as much as my heart is broken, I am so excited for Seven! Seven deserves the world! If you have had the pleasure to meet Seven, you understand why!!
Sometimes being an animal lover, or breeder is the hardest thing! We have to do what is right for our dogs no matter how hard it is on us!
Seven was the start of my kennel. Seven was and will always be the best hugger, bed snuggler, and door greeter! She will always be missed and forever loved! But knowing she is already happy, makes me happy! I will always love you my Seven dog!

I may not have Seven with me anymore, but an great family gained the most amazing pet ever!!

It's not very often that we have an older dog looking for a soft retirement landing!

Our sweet Seven is looking for a sofa of her own. She would love a home with no other dogs, or a quiet male canine companion. She loves to travel, go on adventures, and snuggle on the sofa. Seven is an outgoing girl who is always happy to greet you whether you've been gone 5 minutes or 5 hrs! Great with cats, can even be found snuggling up with them on the sofa! Great with kids.
She is up to date on all vaccines and is soon to be spayed. She eats and does best on Proplan Turkey and Oatmeal due to some tummy issues as a baby. But don't worry, she has absolutely no issues now! Homing fee will apply.

We are headed to AKC this weekend! This time is different! My daughter Shelby will be taking the lead of her dog Rowan from now on! All the dogs currently residing in our home are specials and I can't show them all myself. It's going to be a real special day showing with my youngest in the breed ring with me! One very proud momma!!

Maple arrived safe and sound. Handed her off to her new mum. Lots of tears! Love that little pup so much!! Take care of my baby Sonja! I look forward to watching her grow up and kick ass!!

Hawking is the bestest boy ever!! Not only is he a Grand Champion Bronze (will finish his Silver this year), he's proven his worth in the breeding shed, AND he's a true doggie hero! Today marks 15 dog lives saved through his blood donations! He loves visiting his friends at CABB!!

Sweet Apple left for her home on Vancouver Island today! Lucky girl!!

3 pups from this litter are in BC! 2 in Kelowna and now Apple on the Island!

Miss them all! But they've all landed amazing homes! I'm excited to see them grow through photos!!

Due to a buyer deciding to go another route with an older puppy, we have a male available as well as sweet Apple. We also have a beautiful older girl looking for a retirement home.

Through no fault of her own, our little double patch puppy is looking for her forever sofa. She is bilateral hearing, LUA, and as cute as a button! We are calling her Apple. She will be available on the 19th, after her vet check, vaccines and deworming. Apple is great with kids, cats and dogs! She is the calmest of the litter, but a brave outgoing girl!

Eyes are all open and the puppies are noticing noises now. It's so fun to watch them explore! They are getting VERY mobile now!

We have made the hard decision to find our beautiful Seven a retirement home. She deserves it!! We are looking for a home with no female dogs, a quiet older male companion her size or slightly bigger would be okay, but no young dogs. She is GREAT with kids, but would prefer quieter kids. Seven has taken a liking to a calm and quiet household and she deserves it!! Seven will be spayed before going to a retirement home. She is 6 yrs old, utd on all vaccines, had a dental done last year.

Puppies are 13 days old. Eyes are opening and spots are coming! Not hard to tell males from females. Olenna is a great momma!
