Dexter 2016 unregistered halflinger gelding, approximately 14.2+. The kindest horse I have ever owned - never even seen him put his ears back. Purchased in may 2021, still not broke. Dexter will need a very experienced, consistent, and younger person then myself. He is very timid under saddle and has bolted twice. ( he doesn’t go very fast but is very strong) so a home with a round pen is a good idea. He has been ponied on the trails and is the best one ever. He really wants to be someone’s best friend and their perfect pet, he’s like a big teddy bear. He’s so great to have around, easy to keep, up to date on teeth, shots, and feet. Only going to let him go to the right person that would get more attention then here, other wise I will continue to own the best teddy bear/ field ornament ever. Mid 4s open

We are having a dressage ride a test day at Windsor stables June 26! Burgi Rommel is judging then will give you about 10 min feed back after your first test then you will ride your test again. Great opportunity to work on your tests! PM if you would like an entry form very few spots left.

Missing the shows and people .So inviting you all over - I have set a show type hunter course with medal track options.
You are welcome to change the height and fill - if you change the distances that’s fine just let me know so I can adjust the course plan
Fee $30 includes tax and use of the other rings - a reminder lunging only in the lunge and indoor rings
no need to book as quiet here
Due to Covid please keep all in barn access to the west side - washrooms / groom stall / wash rack
You can park inside gates and beside east ring - road goes around barn so no need to back up lol
Not available aug 16th to 20th as movies parking here so no room for trailers

No Windsor Stables schooling show dates yet thanks to Covid 19. This is the first time in 30years that we have not been horse showing . Miss you all it’s spooky quiet at the barn , 🤞that we are able to have some shows this season . Here are some random photos from past years 😀

This is Misty when she was about 10 years old, she hasn't changed much (other than her colour) She still is always sleepy! lol

It is with great sadness to tell you Noddy has gone over to greener pastures. We miss him greatly, Noddy was about 15 years old and was a wonderful dog to have around the stables. We welcomed my dog, Bowie to the barn many times and Noddy came to stay with Bowie many times and they loved each other. I will mostly miss walking the dogs and seeing how happy they were to run free in the woods.

Windsor Stables has the “west side “ stalls and paddocks - all with shelters available for rent. All or part and most disciplines welcome.
It’s been our pleasure to have Mairead Gurney and her clients here . Wishing them ,La Quinta Show Jumping North continued success.
