The Pembina Valley Humane Society, in collaboration with the Morden, Winkler, Pembina Valley, Glenboro, and Killarney Vet Clinics, runs an annual Subsidized Spay/Neuter Program for low-income pet owners.

This year, we have reduced the cost to just $50 per pet for eligible individuals and families. The program is available to Pembina Valley residents who meet the income requirements.
