We are sad to say till we see each other again to Ashley and Stephen of Howl'en Acres. They have sold Howl'en Acres to Rawkstar Pet Nutrition who will be carrying on their Courtlyn legacy.

We are sad to see Ashley and Steven go after many years of working together and watching our families grown. They have grown their business and customers to something that,has even surpassed what they thought possible in the beginning and have always been an amazing asset to our Courtlyn family. They have new things on the horizon for their family and we truly can not thank you enough for all the help, support you have both shown over the years working with you. Good afternoon
We have loads of info to share with you all. We have new distributors in Vancouver, spruce Grove. And in the works with a few more.
We sadly are saying bye to a long time distributor. I will make posts for each on individually.

We are doing a check in for customers that are being effected by the fires.
I know Fort Nelson has been evacuated. Parts of Fort McMurray have been evaluated while others are on notice. As well as the county of grand Prairie has been issued an evacuation order.

Please let us know you are ok. As well if there is anything we can do to help. If you had to run let us know what you are feeding your dogs and we will work out a plan to help with food for your fur babies.

We are officially closed for the Christmas holidays. Staff finished their day today after having a Christmas lunch party. And are now able to gear up for the holidays with family, friends and loved ones. Hopefully some much deserved rest and relaxation as well.Our office will reopen January 8th. Good Afternoon everyone. Hopefully everyone has had an amazing summer and for those heading back to school, that you are getting into the swing of that routine again.

To our amazing Calgary customers. We have been having a lot of emails coming in regarding moki runs. We would like to let everyone know that moki is going to be closing the doors. I know people have said that they placed an order for the September 21st delivery. However we did not receive any order from moki for this delivery. So I am unsure if anything placed will be taken from stock on hand or what is happening with that Nadia emailed this morning letting me know. For those needing to get in contact with her please use [email protected] to message her if you placed an order or for any and all question you have.

We do wish Nadia all the best. It has been quite the ride. We appreciate everything. You were our first Calgary distributor. Thank you for everything.

Having a company choose you to provide their customers your raw food is a privilege and honour. What is so very sad and upsetting is that our new distributor was having phone calls Wednesday of, bulling, verbally harassing and treating them as they ran out of food. This was so very sad to hear. We are not the only raw distributors that Modern k9 is using but we did not like what, had been happening to them. So yesterday I loaded up the trailer with 4 pallets of food. Loaded myself up on my pain meds and delivered them food so they had it for their customers. Compassion goes along way. For them and their staff to have to turn their phone off due to the calls they were getting is totally uncalled for. We need to do better.
