Opening October 2022, F3 Ranch is a family-owned and operated equine sanctuary, located 45 minutes east of Fort Saskatchewan in Lamont County. The ranch started with a vision of a relaxed multi-discipline facility and has become a safe haven for rescued and misunderstood horses. Our mission has been to rescue and rehabilitate as many horses as our resources allow. Working with Horse Hero’s Alberta

, we help to pull horses from local auctions who are destined for the slaughterhouse and offer them a forever sanctuary or second chance training for rehoming if possible. We encourage people to come to spend some time with these amazing animals and hopefully find some healing of their own. So, whether you are volunteering, visiting the horses, attending an event, or an artist looking for inspiration, you are part of the F3 Family!

Calling all friends of F3, a friend of ours miraculously survived a devastating house fire this past week thanks to the heroic actions of his trusty cat, who woke him up in the nick of time. We have established a GoFundMe page to help alleviate the financial burden of the fire during this holiday season. It's farrier day!

Can we rally together a few generous sponsors this morning to give our magnificent horses the gift of manicures.

Each horse's pampering session costs $40 ( its gone up to $50, but I still have a little left over from last time to cover the difference ), and our goal is to treat at least 4 of these beautiful creatures today. I'll keep you updated on our progress today!
