Today’s soup to go is a thick creamy Roasted Garlic, Cauliflower & Parsnip Soup, topped with Caramelized Onions, sautéed Apples & White Truffle Oil! Today’s soup to go at The Courtyard is Garlic, Ginger Shrimp with rice noodles, it’s gluten free & dairy free. The broth is made from scratch using veggies and locally sourced soup bones purchased from D'Aubin Family Meats. I also have fresh cinnamon buns, brownies, ginger cookies and more. Today’s soup is a delightful thick Thai Ginger Coconut Carrot Soup, made with Fresh (not powdered) Ginger, lots of warm ginger flavour. Topped with maple roasted carrots and toasted sesame seeds. It’s also gluten free, dairy free & meat free!
Stop into The Courtyard to get a bowl to take home before they’re all gone! Open until 5pm today.

Soft Oatcakes made with certified gluten free oats, GF Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls made with natural peanut butter, Prebiotic Dark Chocolate Chufa cookies and my gourmet fruit marshmallows are also GF, marshmallows make great Stocking Stuffers!
