🌸Spring Clean Up🌸 Bath & Tidy Clinics!

Healthy Hounds Pet Spa is excited to announce the launch of our spring clean up, bath & tidy clinics! There will be a total of 6 clinic dates between March and May at a DISCOUNTED price!! This is a great opportunity for a puppy intro!
The dates and prices are listed at the bottom of this post!

Bath & Tidy
This groom includes a luxurious and thorough wash with our state of the art bathing machine, shampoos & conditioners! Dogs with itchy and dry skin will be treated with a special CO2 puck to help soothe and restore moisture. The bath will be followed by a hand blow dry ensuring the removal of loose coat and a brush out or carte to finish the job! After your dog is squeaky clean Nails, ears, feet and sanitary trimming will complete your groom. Your dog will be provided with a complementary bandana or bows to make them look awesome!

Prices:
Small dogs (20lbs & under) - $40+hst
Medium dogs (20-50lbs)- $50+hst
Large dogs (50-75lbs)- $65+ hst
Giant dogs (75lbs & up) $75+ hst

*Please note, the bath and tidy clinic is not intended for dogs who are severely matted and need to be clipped (that will require a full groom). Mild matting is acceptable and will be taken out*

Arlow is one happy boy after his special allergy bath! With the use of Tar shampoo, oatmeal shampoo and a CO2 puck, his skin is now moisturized and his PH is balanced!

Who says short haired dogs don’t need a groom? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Even though their hair is short, it is still recommended to get your dog groomed every 6-8 weeks to keep their skin healthy (especially in the summer months). Dogs who swim can contract different kinds of bacteria leading to skin irritation and sores. We offer top of the line soaps that promote healthy bacterias and works to treat dermatitis and other skin conditions!

Is It OK to Shave Your double coated Dog's Coat?

1) Shaving a double-coated dog can actually make it harder for him to cool off or stay warm.

2)Coats shouldn't be cut to less than one inch to protect from sunburn and bug bites.

3)Regular brushing improves air circulation and cooling while reducing matted areas and skin conditions.

This sheltie was shaved at his previous groomers and is now booked in with us for more regular grooming sessions to improve his skin and coat condition

What’s better than one springer puppy? TWO springer puppies! These sweet babies came in for a puppy intro where they start getting used to the environment, process and equipment. The earlier you start your dog with grooming the more enjoyable and less stressful it will be!
