Some days we do really get to play with puppies! We loved seeing these rambunctious little Golden Retriever puppies today. They got vaccinated, health checks and microchips. Almost everyone took everything in stride...we can forgive a couple of the boys for being a bit sucky!
We enjoy our puppy days!
These babies new owners are so lucky to be getting such nice dogs!

We've had a wonderful week getting to know Jaela. She is here with us for the week on a clinical rotation for her first year of Vet Tech school. We are so excited to be a part of this program and have appreciated Jaela's help. Today she got to help us welcome these cute little nuggets into the world. ♥️

Last week we had a Producer BBQ at the Assiniboia Clinic!!!

We can’t Thank our customers, clients and friends enough for making this a success!!

Thank you to the Mankota 4-H Beef Club for keeping the crew fed and all the clean up!!

We had a couple Silent Auction Items up for grabs and all the proceeds went to the 4-H club. Thank you Crystal Hill Cattle Company and Dr Bonnie Brandt for your winning bids.
We are happy to present the Mankota 4-H Beef club with a cheque for $750 for their hard work all evening.

October is RVT month. I have been a Registered Veterinary Technician since 2001. I love my job. The familiar tasks and the opportunity to always learn something new. My coworkers, clients and patients. The excitement of new puppies and kittens and holding space and offering love when it's time to say goodbye. I look forward to my every day at work. We never tire of seeing cute puppies, they are good for the soul. These little bundles were sure played out after a big visit and vaccinations. Everyone might wish for such a restful sleep....maybe not at your Dr's office though!!!

TJ Running!!

Here is a video of TJ from the other day. He is back on the run and able to use all four feet. After his great success with the laser therapy he has been able to come off of his medications. Those medications have side effects, which include weight gain. (Don't tell TJ but he had started to carry a little more weight than he needed to. 😉) He looks so much better now that he's lost the weight and is back in fighting shape and ready to run and patrol and keep his yard safe. We wanted to share his story and let you know that we believe in the benefits of the therapeutic laser. We use it on our own pets. And we wouldn't recommend it if we did not think it is a great option for pain relief and healing for your pet. Please talk to us if you think your pet may benefit or if you have any questions. 😁
