We will have two playrooms open where many of the dogs will be offleash, so you can have a chance to meet them in a neutral environment and get to spend some 1:1 time with them 🥰
Kindly be respectful of our staff and volunteers and the dogs' need for space and time, as some of our dogs have yet to be exposed to a large group of people at the same time. They are absolutely wonderful dogs and we can't wait to tell you all about them tomorrow 🤗

🐾 DOG OF THE WEEK: MEET MILO🐾
Milo has been attending our daycare since the start of this year and we are so lucky he chose us as his new daycare! His dad thought they would try out a different option with more space for Milo run around and make lots of friends, and our Beach playroom offered him JUST that! After a successful Meet & Greet Dad purchased a Founders Pass and ever since day 1, Milo has ABSOLUTELY LOVED coming to daycare! Week after week, we have seen him blossom even more here at Dogtopia of Aurora Village, and he just wants to play chase & wrestle with every dog in the room every single visit! He always walks into daycare ready to have the best day ever, everyday😍We are so lucky to get to be a part of his regular daycare routine and be in Milo's happy and positive aura🥰. Thank you Milo for making our day with your warm smile and endless entertainment and liveliness from all those zoomies 🥰

AGILITY DAY RECAP 👀
Our daycare pups had a BLAAAAAST on Agility Day last week and we're pretty sure the staff is still reeling with excitement from all the shenigans too 😂
We had such incredible feedback from this event that we are planning to introduce more agility days on our May calendar... stay tuned 😁
🐾 DOG OF THE WEEK: MEET FREYJA🐾
Freyja has been attending our daycare since the start of this year, along with her brother Arthur! Their parents thought they would try out some occasional daycare for them and after a successful Meet & Greet - purchased a Founders Pass for each of them :D. Freyja was a bit anxious at first, and spent the first few visits hanging by the door or just watching the other dogs play. At about a month into frequently visiting daycare, she suddenly felt immediately at ease and started to ABSOLUTELY LOVE coming to daycare! Week after week, we have seen her totally come out of her shell here at Dogtopia of Aurora Village, and wants to play with every ball and bone in the room with SO much excitement every single visit! She has now started to come running and barking all the way from the parking lot (while still in Grandma's car lol) and bolts in and immediately waits in front of the City playroom 😍😂 She literally has THE BEST DAY ever everyday and always livens up the playrooms when she's at daycare! We are so lucky to get to be a part of her regular daycare routine and steal lots of hugs from her too🥰. She has become the life of the party and has a blast at daycare 😎 Thank you Freyja for making us smile & laugh at your play tease games with the coaches every time you're at the store 🥰

📣ADOPTABLE DOG OF THE WEEK 🐾
Meet Dakota, an extremely happy and loving Pointer mix who came to us as an owner surrender last month, and happened to be a part of the same surrendered litter of remaining "oopsie" litter pups as our very own Jasper (fka Dallas) & Paris :(. Dakota has been staying with us at Dogtopia of Aurora Village as our foster dog and we're all going to help him find his forever home! Who's with us? 🧡
Dakota is a medium-energy, absolute GEM of a dog and a true social butterfly! He literally loves everyone and wants to stop and say hi to all passerby's on walks :) - unless he's distracted by a stick or a squirrel that is, LOL. He is AMAZING with with kids, all dogs big and small, and has not been cat tested - but will likely be okay with kitties too. He would make an amazing addition to a lively active household who are also looking for a cuddly companion to enjoy downtime with! He has all his shots, is recently neutered and vet checked too! He is MORE than ready to find his happily ever after... could that be with you? 😍

🐾 DOG OF THE WEEK: MEET FINN🐾
Finn has been attending our daycare since our opening week back in December! He was a rescue from our dear friends @pawsacrossthewater, and through some shares on FB, his mom thought she would try out some occasional daycare for Mr. Finnegan! Lucky for us - occasional turned to frequent, as Mom purchased him a Founders Pass and week after week, we have seen him totally come out of his shell here at Dogtopia of Aurora Village, and he has not NOT ONLY successfully integrated into our pack and made tonnes of friends but also now comes barreling through our front door EAGERLY waiting to run into the City or Park playrooms 😍😂 Finn was already a happy and social boy, but was a bit shy when meeting new dogs, and has slowly but surely fine tuned his socialization skills that mom & dad already had laid a solid foundation on! He has started to make many friends and always livens up the playrooms when he's at daycare! We are so lucky to get to be a part of his regular daycare routine and steal lots of pets with him too🥰. He has become a social butterfly and has a blast at daycare 😎 Thank you Finn for making us smile & laugh at your antics every time you're at the store 🥰

Meet Lilou, a calm and sweet Sheltie who came to us from a kill shelter in Quebec, where she was surrendered to by her original owner who had her since she was a puppy :(. Lilou has been staying with us at Dogtopia of Aurora Village as our foster dog and we're all going to help her find her forever home! Who's with us? 🧡
Lilou is low-medium energy at most, takes a bit of time to warm up to new people (but keep string cheese handy and she'll be eating out of your hands - literally!), and polite with other dogs & cats. She would make an amazing addition to a calm household looking for a cuddly companion and enjoy going on strolls around the neighbourhood! She is super sweet and calm and great on leash too! 🥰

🐾 DOG OF THE WEEK: MEET TEDDY 🐾
Teddy has been attending our daycare since our opening week back in December, along with his equally adorable sister Bella! His mom arrived cautiously optimistic as apparently Teddy was deemed 'unfit for group play' at his last daycare, and she was soooo hoping that our daycare would be THE ONE for him! His mom really wanted this to work as we were a fresh start, on the way to her work and a brand she was familiar with and loved! Mom purchased him & sis a Founders Pass and week after week, we have seen him totally come out of his shell here at Dogtopia of Aurora Village, and he has not NOT ONLY successfully integrated into our pack, but also has become a MASTER cuddler and demands pets for atleast 10 mins keeping his mom waiting at he lobby during pick up time LOL (Sorry mom!!) 😍😂 Teddy is a very good boi, but he does need some space and we knew it was important that our staff advocated for his space if other dog's being all up in his grill made him uncomfortable at first. He has grown patience and has even started to make friends and cuddle with some of our puppies, awwww. We are so lucky to get to be a part of his regular daycare routine and steal lots of cuddle time with him too🥰. He has become more confident and walks with a proud strut now 😎 Thank you Teddy for making us smile every time you're at the store 🥰

Moose is medium energy, great with kids and dogs, and not cat tested. He would make an incredible addition to any home, and would be happiest in a home with another dog pal (better yet his sister Luna!) to wrestle and romp with! He is such a friendly and loving dog who deserves the WORLD 🥰

🐾 DOG OF THE WEEK: MEET ARI 🐾
Ari has been attending our daycare since January, and he arrived into our store a super happy and social boy ready to party like its 1999! His parents were in search for a new daycare for him as he wasn't seemingly a good fit at his previous place 😓. Lucky for us, his mom purchased him a Founders Pass and week after week, we have seen him grow leaps and bounds here at Dogtopia of Aurora Village😍 Ari is truly the the goofiest, most loving and happy boy and ALWAYS ready for belly rubs! Our staff absolutely adores him, and he is such a stand-up doggo that we even use him for friendship tests during Meet & Greets for new pups who join our pack! We are soooo lucky to get to be a part of his regular daycare routine and get to be a part of his beautiful aura that always radiates positivity🥰. He has become more and more confident and social over the last few months and everyone knows it's party time when Ari's at daycare! Thank you Ari for being such a smiley and loving boy that fills our store with warmth🥰

🐾 DOG OF THE WEEK: MEET FINNEGAN aka FINN 🐾
Finn has been attending our daycare since mid-January, and he arrived into our store a shy and super sweet - but very anxious boy! His parents wanted him to build his social skills outside of having his parents around, and outside of his comfort zone (home sweet home!). His mom purchased him a Founders Pass and week after week, we have seen him totally come out of his shell here at Dogtopia of Aurora Village, and as of last week - has graduated from The Beach to The City😍 We are now seeing a whole new side of Finn since he has been boarding with us over March break and MY GOD is he the goofiest, sweetest, most wiggly bum and ALWAYS ready for snuggles! Our staff has fallen head over heels in love with this boy, and watching him transform into a confident boy and hang out with the big bois and girls club has us BEAMING with pride, and we are so lucky to get to be a part of his regular daycare routine and get to pet that beautiful shiny soft coat of his🥰. He has become more confident and even lets loose when there's fewer dogs around in the AM in full-out zoomies and showing off his agility skills on our play equipment! Thank you Finn for being such a warm and kind hearted boy that fills our store with love🥰

🐾 DOG OF THE WEEK: MEET BOSCO 🐾
Bosco has been attending our daycare since our 2nd day of operations back in December, and it took about a total of 2 hours to complete his meet & greet! He arrived into our store nervous and timid, and refused to walk through any doorways, which is difficult because we have 4 doors until a dog enters a playroom and he was 140lbs of Chocolate Lab! His mom really needed this to work as she was looking for both daycare and imminent boarding for our big boy, so we gave him the time he needed to decompress and get to know us by spending the first hour hanging out in our lobby. As he got more comfortable, our front desk coordinator successfully coaxed him into The City using all her emotional and physical strength! It was a proud day for all, and no one was more thrilled than his mamma :). She purchased him a Founders Pass and week after week, we have seen him totally come out of his shell here at Dogtopia of Aurora Village, and he has NOT ONLY lost over 15 lbs (his vet is SUPER happy!), but now also shows off and jumps and parkours on and off our equipment at any given chance 😍 Bosco is the goofiest, happiest, most wiggly bum and ALWAYS has a huge smile on his face! He enters our store and everyone is immediately giddy and overjoyed because he just has such grand presence and radiates happiness all around, and we are so lucky to get to be a part of his regular daycare routine and steal lots of scritches and kissy time while he's here too 🥰. He has become so confident and playful, and even has started to show sass which makes us love him even more! Thank you Bosco for making us laugh and smile everytime you're at the store 🥰

Her AWESOME parents purchased her a Founders Pass and week after week, we have seen her totally come out of her shell here at Dogtopia of Aurora Village, and is now no doubt a certified party starter at The Beach 😍 Luna is the sweetest, happiest, most playful and loving little baby and ALWAYS ready for zoomies! She is such a bright light and so full of love, and we are so lucky to get to be a part of her regular daycare routine and steal lots of hugs and kisses while she's here too 🥰. She has become so confident and playful, and even helps us integrate all the newcomers to daycare with welcoming open arms and gets them playing within minutes! Thanks Luna for making us laugh and smile everytime you're at the store 🥰
