Just a friendly reminder that we require you to pick up your pets within 30 minutes of appointment completion. It can be hard on your pet to be sitting around waiting and we are a by appointment Salon and do not have holding space. We do charge a holding/late pick up fee unless you have made arrangements with us prior to your pets appointment - not at drop off 🙂
