Hey everyone! I hope you’re all enjoying the last few weeks of summer ☀️
With summer drawing to a close the holidays will be around the corner before we know it! I am currently very booked up in my schedule and recommend people do not wait to book! If you are on a 4-6 week grooming cycle I strongly recommend either booking out for the rest of the year or book a minimum of 1-2 appointments in advance. My current booking is 8-10 weeks out, with the holidays approaching that’s only a few grooming cycles away!

I am beginning my schedule for the new year if you would like to prebook for 2024 please let me know and I will add you to my list- please include days and times that work best for your schedule. This is recommended for Saturday only appointments and monthly appointments!

Hi folks, as many of you know I am getting married next week! The salon will be closed from the 21st of September to the 2nd of October. Because of this my schedule is very busy (booking 8 weeks out currently) so please book sooner rather than later to ensure your pets spa day! Prebooking appointments is also strongly recommended.
Speaking of ensuring spa days- it may not seem like it but the holidays are just around the corner 🎄 it is recommended prebook Christmas appointments now as appointments will be in high demand 🐶❤️

Hoping everyone had a lovely thanksgiving weekend! This is just a gentle reminder it is fast approaching the holiday season and appointments are being filled quickly. If you would like to get your pooch in it is recommended to book soon, Saturday clients especially as these are preferred appointment days for most!

Wishing everyone a happy New Year! I hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday this season. With the beginning of the new year we have a few new salon policies that will be taken into effect immediately.
Late Policy: I will no longer have any form of buffer time for late appointments. If you do not arrive at the time of the appointment it will be automatically canceled and a no-show fee will be added to the next appointment. Being late for appointments even by five minutes can put me behind for an entire day and causes dogs to be in the salon for longer than necessary. I am asking everyone to please respect my time and be on time for appointments or preferably 10 min early.
Pregnant dogs: I will no longer be taking dogs in the late stages of pregnancy. This is one to two weeks before the approximate due date of the dogs. This is for the safety of mom and babies. Walk-in services will still be available pending they do not become overly stressed.
Lg-Xl dogs: I will no longer be accepting lg to xl dogs (dogs exceeding 50lbs or lg-xl dogs over the age of six moths) for full grooming service that have no previous grooming experience. This is for the safety of myself and the dogs in my care, due to the high levels of stress and the potential for them to become unmanageable due to their size. Walk-in services (ie. nail trims) will still be available, pending they are cooperative.
E transfers: I will only be accepting e transfers as forms of payment for dogs being picked up outside of my business hours. This is only for boarding or daycare dogs. If you are picking up your dog directly from me for grooming or are picking up your dog inside of my business hours e transfer will no longer be available as payment. This is to help reduce late payments and having to contact people for payment. Those who are regularly late paying via e transfer will need to pay in advance for grooming services or they will not be completed.

Big and small we do them all! Rooney the Irish wolfhound is one of my tallest pups! His head reaches my shoulder!
Jasper is also one of my tallest clients coming nicely to my ribs. Doing big dogs can sometimes be tricky and definitely staying dry is not optional, but they are some of my favorite pups to pamper ❤️🐶😊

A little about me

I have been passionate about animals since I was a small girl, having always known my path would lead me in a career with them. I started out with the ambitious dream of becoming a vet. As I got older I decided my path lay elsewhere with animals and I pursued a career at PetSmart as a bather and my love for dogs and the creative career of grooming quickly gained traction with me. I have been working with dogs for the last four years now from bather to groomer to dog trainer. I have gained valuable knowledge in behaviour, stress and proper grooming practices between all my different areas of work and experiences with these fantastic animals. My passion is to great a warm and relaxing environment for pets to enjoy the process of grooming and look great for their owners as well!
