Happy New Year!!! We are excited to help promote fish keeping to young future hobbyists through a new partnership with Adam, a teacher at Oilfields High School in Diamond Valley!

In his Agriculture class, Adam touches on Aquaculture/Aquaponics and he would like to build an exclusive course on this topic, including an aquaponics set up. Adam also teaches a few lessons which explore and compare freshwater and marine ecosystems in Western Canada with other ecosystems (Coral Triangle, Amazon, SE Asia & Africa). Adam is in the process of planning/building aquariums with these specific biotopes.

Adam will also discuss some of the items he is still looking for, so take a peek at those bins and shelves in case you are interested in donating some items to help support this incredible initiative!

As always, a live auction will follow the presentation.

This is Christer with probably the biggest Cryptocoryne aponogetifolia I have ever seen. In his legendary store Akvarielagret (in Stockholm/Sweden) Akvarielagret

He took it out of the aquarium on the left with the skeleton. Several years old and in incredible quality.
