Mud, Mud and... Snow!

Lots of mud still present in all parks! Today’s snow will make things even muddier as the weather warms up and the snow melts. The seasonal pond in Ken’s Meadow continues to widen so if your pup loves water, now’s the chance to get them in the pond (and if you don’t like a wet pup, now’s the time to switch your booking!)

Enchanted Forest has a very muddy entrance so be prepared with rubber boots and lots of towels or a crate to transport your pup. Best bets right now are Field of Dreams or Adventure Land as they are the driest out of all the parks (but still have mud!)

Parking areas have dried up nicely so please park in designated parking areas only.

Well there might be snow on the ground today but our hours have returned to summer hours! Adventure Land and Field of Dreams are now open 8 am-7:30 pm, and we will continue to extend those hours as our daylight hours increase. All other parks are still open 5 am-10 pm! Guess what... it’s still muddy!

Most of the parks are still in very muddy condition as the melt continues! Especially in treed areas like Brent’s Woods, where the snow is slower to melt, there are a lot of soft spots and mud. Our seasonal lake has opened up in Ken’s Meadow as well, so if your pup is looking for a swim spot, consider checking it out!

The Three Sisters reopens tomorrow, March 3, but please be aware the outdoor space is also very muddy as well, so if your pup is using the outdoor area, you’ll want to bring some towels or a crate for transport so your vehicle doesn’t get muddy too!

We know your pups are loving this warm weather but our parking area by the south parks is not! If you have bookings in the south parks (Roger’s Retreat, Brent’s Woods, Marjorie’s Meadow or Field of Dreams), we are temporarily permitting clients to park along the road as the south parking lot has a lot of water in it, making it difficult to access at the moment! Parking for the north parks (Ken’s Meadow, Adventure Land and Enchanted Forest) are not affected. There is still a LOT of mud so be prepared with rubber boots and lots of towels or a crate to transport your pups!

The melting has begun and your pups are finally feeling some warm temperatures after that long cold snap! While that’s great… it’s made for some incredibly muddy conditions in all of our parks this week! Expect lots of puddles and mud, and make sure to bring some towels or a crate to transport your muddy pup home!

A reminder that these big melts always result in lots of work for our maintenance crews - the snow reveals lots of p**p that has been hidden under the snow so please be patient with our team as they work to make sure the parks are clean! As always please keep an eye on your pup and be sure to pick up after them to help our maintenance crew keep on top of things!

Heads up, pups! The Three Sisters indoor park will be temporarily closed from February 17 - March 2 due to maintenance and staffing conflicts. We know your pups will miss their indoor off-leash fun, but don’t worry—we’ll be back and better than ever soon!

The good news? Our 7 outdoor parks are still open for all the tail-wagging, zoomie-filled fun! We’re hoping for some warmer weather so your pups can fully enjoy their outdoor adventures. 🌞🐾

We couldn’t be more excited! Our revamped indoor space, The Three Sisters is now OPEN for bookings starting December 4th!

This new area combines the best of both worlds - you’ll get access to our agility area (previously Penny’s Place) and our wide open space (previously La Vie en Rosie), as well as a large outdoor space at the back of the building! Your pups will love it!

Ready to book? Just visit our booking tool as you normally would to book a session, select any dates from December 4th and onward and you’ll be able to use your existing passes (or purchase a new pass) to book your pups in for a playdate at The Three Sisters!

We have a workaround for our technical issues, until Mindbody is able to resolve the issue. Here’s what we know:

⚠️ The issue is affecting clients booking 1 hour appointments only

➡️ To book, select your appointment like you normally would, but choose “Book Recurring Appointments” instead of “Book Appointment”

📆 Choose the same end date as your desired appointment date to ensure only 1 appointment is booked

✅ This should result in a successful booking and you should see it listed in your schedule!

If you have further issues, please email us, our staff is monitoring emails closely to help clients who are having issues. Mindbody is working to resolve the issue but have not given us an estimated resolution timeframe.

Penny is hard at work trying to clear some of the snow for all our weekend guests! The tractor 🚜 is having a hard time in these cold temps, but Penny was able to help get it going. She was a little upset that Cody wouldn’t let her use the blowtorch to get it warmed up. 🥶❄️☃️

Some ice melt and sand is now in the bins beside each park! We know it looks like a garbage can but please use the receptacles provided in each park for your garbage ☺️ It makes our maintenance crews job easier when they don’t have to sort through trash to get to the sand mix! ❄️

Our Story

Our kennels measure 4 feet wide and 10 feet long inside. Weather permitting your pet has an adjoining kennel out in the fresh air under the cover of a canopy. The walls dividing each kennel are solid which allows for privacy and quiet should your pet want a nap. The fronts of the kennels are chain link which allow full view of what’s going on all around! We keep your pet constantly engaged with direct human contact by rotating them outside constantly throughout the day. This allows your pet a chance to stretch their legs and sniff the post for the latest news at the Place 4 Paws! The kennels are disinfected daily. This makes for a healthy, clean environment for your pet. Each kennel is meticulously cleaned before you check in, so much so that we have had clients comment on how they would eat off the floor!
