Get ready for some holiday fun at Play Unleashed! We’ve hidden one elf in each of our parks, and it’s your job to find them! 🕵️‍♀️🐶

Here’s how to join the festive hunt:
1️⃣ Search high and low for an elf in any Play Unleashed park.
2️⃣ Snap a pic of the elf. 🤳
3️⃣ Post it on Instagram and tag us and use the hashtag

We couldn’t be more excited! Our revamped indoor space, The Three Sisters is now OPEN for bookings starting December 4th!

This new area combines the best of both worlds - you’ll get access to our agility area (previously Penny’s Place) and our wide open space (previously La Vie en Rosie), as well as a large outdoor space at the back of the building! Your pups will love it!

Ready to book? Just visit our booking tool as you normally would to book a session, select any dates from December 4th and onward and you’ll be able to use your existing passes (or purchase a new pass) to book your pups in for a playdate at The Three Sisters!

We have a workaround for our technical issues, until Mindbody is able to resolve the issue. Here’s what we know:

⚠️ The issue is affecting clients booking 1 hour appointments only

➡️ To book, select your appointment like you normally would, but choose “Book Recurring Appointments” instead of “Book Appointment”

📆 Choose the same end date as your desired appointment date to ensure only 1 appointment is booked

✅ This should result in a successful booking and you should see it listed in your schedule!

If you have further issues, please email us, our staff is monitoring emails closely to help clients who are having issues. Mindbody is working to resolve the issue but have not given us an estimated resolution timeframe.

We’ve Been Keeping a Secret! 🤫

🐾 You may have noticed some changes at our main building over the past few weeks! We’ve got a new airlock gate at the front, and the back area is now fully fenced! So… What’s going on???

📣Introducing Our Newest Park... THE THREE SISTERS!
Named after our 3 late pups, Tundra, Rosie and Daisy, we are revamping our indoor area to offer our clients the best of both indoor and outdoor play! In the coming weeks, Penny’s Place and La Vie en Rosie will change and become 1️⃣ park for booking, with the addition of an outdoor area outside! This will give our clients the best of both worlds - an indoor space to play, and an outdoor spot to enjoy!

❓What Happens With Existing Bookings?
Existing bookings will be transferred over to the new park. If there is a conflict with these bookings, our team will reach out to you to reschedule another time.

⏰ When Does This Change Happen?
Our crew is working hard to make these changes happen! We anticipate having this done in the next few weeks, and will have an open house for clients to come check it out once we’re ready!

⏰ Don’t forget to change your clocks back this weekend! Your pup won’t care but they will care about having to eat meals an hour later than usual 😆

With this time change, we will have earlier sunsets and as a result our Field of Dreams and Adventure Land, our only parks that are not illuminated at night, will fall back to winter hours, which will usually coincide with sunrise and sunset (starting this weekend, 8 am-5 pm). This will not affect current bookings, however we strongly suggest that you rebook within those times if you are booked in Field of Dreams or Adventure Land starting next week.

We hope you and your pups have a great weekend and enjoy the beautiful fall weather while it lasts! 🍂🍁🐕

🎃🐾 Happy Halloween from Play Unleashed! 🐾🎃

We hope everyone’s pups are enjoying the spooky season safely and staying stress-free! Halloween can be fun for us, but for our furry friends, it can bring a few extra surprises (and not always the good kind!). Here are some tips to help keep your pups calm and comfortable:

🦴 Set Up a Safe Space – Create a cozy retreat for your pup, especially if the doorbell will be ringing often. This might be in your basement or bedroom where it’s quiet and comfortable. Add their favourite toy or fill a kong with some fun treats for extra stimulation to distract them from all the excitement.

🚫🍫 Keep Candy Out of Reach – Halloween treats can be tricky for dogs. Keep candy and chocolate safely out of reach to avoid any accidental snacking and keep your pup safe.

🐕 Stick to Their Schedule – With all the Halloween excitement, keeping meals and potty breaks on time can help reduce stress. Getting them out for a walk or a romp at one of our private off leash parks before the trick or treaters come out is a great way to make sure they’re tired and not overstimulated!

👺 Watch for Costumes – Some dogs love dressing up, and some don’t! If your pup isn’t a fan, consider skipping the costume or opting for something light, like a festive bandana. Taking pups out trick or treating may seem like a good idea, but for some nervous pups, it can add more stress and confusion and they may be happier being left at home.

Stay Calm, Relax and Have Fun – Dogs pick up on our emotions, so try to stay relaxed and give lots of treats and praise for calm behavior. If all else fails, snuggle up with them and watch a Halloween movie together!

Penny was out supervising maintenance in the parks this week and she noticed that a few of our park signs are getting tattered! So we’re looking for the new floofy faces to welcome guests to Field of Dreams, Enchanted Forest and Ken’s Meadow! And what better way to do that than have a CONTEST?! Want to see your dog’s face on our park welcome signs? Here’s how to enter:

Penny is hard at work trying to clear some of the snow for all our weekend guests! The tractor 🚜 is having a hard time in these cold temps, but Penny was able to help get it going. She was a little upset that Cody wouldn’t let her use the blowtorch to get it warmed up. 🥶❄️☃️

Penny’s Place got a huge makeover today and Penny is so excited to share it with you! Our new competition grade agility equipment is now installed and ready for some indoor play! Some ice melt and sand is now in the bins beside each park! We know it looks like a garbage can but please use the receptacles provided in each park for your garbage ☺️ It makes our maintenance crews job easier when they don’t have to sort through trash to get to the sand mix! ❄️

Our Story

Our kennels measure 4 feet wide and 10 feet long inside. Weather permitting your pet has an adjoining kennel out in the fresh air under the cover of a canopy. The walls dividing each kennel are solid which allows for privacy and quiet should your pet want a nap. The fronts of the kennels are chain link which allow full view of what’s going on all around! We keep your pet constantly engaged with direct human contact by rotating them outside constantly throughout the day. This allows your pet a chance to stretch their legs and sniff the post for the latest news at the Place 4 Paws! The kennels are disinfected daily. This makes for a healthy, clean environment for your pet. Each kennel is meticulously cleaned before you check in, so much so that we have had clients comment on how they would eat off the floor!
