It's Fabulous Friday which means it's almost the weekend!🎉

What a High energy week here @ PAWS Social! 🙌

Sooo many zoomies and lots of games of chase and a few good wrestling matches😂🐾 (friendly ones of course and tons of silly faces to go with it) OH and can't forget Ball! Lots and lots of ball!

On the more chillaxed side, the daycare crew got to enjoy some very well deserved couch time for snoozes and chill while the countdown was in for their next playtime! 😴🥳

DOG ADOPTION post:

A few weeks ago I got to meet a wonderful dog loving couple who absolutely love dogs as much as I do.🤗

These lovely people rescue dogs from Puerto Rico and work tirelessly day and night to get them all properly transported, vetted, assessed and ready for their new homes!🐾❤️

I was so impressed with their process and sheer love and dedication for what they do that I wanted to be another platform for them to get the word out about adult dogs and puppies they have up for adoption.

If you or anyone you know is looking for a new dog or puppy addition to your home. Please contact me and I will put you in contact with 'Slice of Paradise P.R Rescues'. There is an adoption fee of $500 and delivery is included.

Happy loooong weekend!!! 🥳

We made sure these PAWS Social puppers had a jam packed week of fun to be sure they are all played out for the weekend. Now they can allow their Pawrents and siblings to have some fun this weekend while they get some much needed rest! 🥰😴🐾❤️

This week PAWS Social gained a new piece of equipment...what was supposed to be made for kids was a total hit with all the furkids! 🤗🐶🛝

Happy Friday! ...and oh what a Happy Friday it has been! Sunshine and happy puppers...what could be better? 🥰🐾🌞 This week was just as great @ PAWS Social too!

We have more amazing dogs on board as well. I want to welcome you all to Macie Mae💜, the Bernese pup who is an absolute gem and has the most adorable jiggly wiggly butt. She will be part of PAWS Social and Doggy Daycare.

We also have 2 beautiful Golden girls Sitka💛 and Tuuka🩷 enjoying their Pet Sit here and enjoying be surrounded by all the other lovable pups! They are so very sweet. Tuuka the senior loves laying outside and watching the birds, smelling the spring air and making sure to let those squirrels know who's boss! Sitka the pup wants to run, frolic and play with all the others and come in for her human lovins and back to her friends again!

I'd like to welcome you all to EVIE the Golden x Labrador 💛 and OAKLEY the St.Bernard pup🩷! These girls have so much love to give and have fit in so perfectly with the group and our home. They made instant friends! These girls will be part of the Daycare crew! Welcome aboard ladies!!! 🎉🤗💕

What a terrific week had by all!

REMI the Silver lab and EDDY the Pyrenese X Bernese. Both absolute sweethearts and have fit right in! Remi is part of our PAWS Social crew and Ozzy is part of our Daycare crew.

Today was a SUPER Awesome and Special day... Today was my Start back day with The BARK BUS and PAWS Social Playgroup! 🚌🎉❤️🐾

I couldn't wait until the end of the week to post these pictures- there's just so much excitement and happiness and love that just needed to be shared!!!🐶 Because I can't post videos and pictures at the same time the video will be posted below and pictures will be posted in a separate post.

This video below of the BARK BUS pups arriving at playgroup says it all! It was certainly a first to see THAT much excitement 🙌 Woo Woo Wooo!!!

My heart couldn't be more full from all the puppy loves and sore cheeks from smiling and laughing with this amazing bunch! They have been SO missed... and I think its safe to say the feeling was mutual...🥹💕🤗🥰

Update!

Hello all my fine dog loving peeps! 👋

It has certainly been a while and I have missed sharing all the happy, lovable, playful pups of PAWS Social with you!

As many of you may know, I've been off work since January with a back injury that I now know is a back condition that will need ongoing management in order to keep me as pain free as possible. The good news is that I have a fabulous Health care team that have been working hard to get me back on my feet🙌

The BEST news is that I have a return date set and working hard to be good and ready to see all my best dog friends and reunite them with their best dog friends again! 🐾💕

I am planning to return to The BARK Bus and PAWS Social as of Tuesday, April 2nd! 🎉 I absolutely cannot wait to be smothered in dog love and kisses and get back to what I do and love!

Thank you for all your love, support and understanding. You are all so appreciated! 🤗💖

Update to all 👀...

I'm sad to say that it may be a while until you and I get to see all the lovable, happy PAWS Social pups again.

I am dealing with a debilitating back issue that is leaving me unable to run playgroup until I am fully healed 🤕 I will be getting some answers soon to better know what kind of treatment/healing time I will need in order to get back on my feet.

For now... ENJOY these feel good pictures from earlier this week of some of the wonderful pups of PAWS Social 🤗🐾♥️

Well everyone it is SO good to be back! 🤗 Thank you for your patience while I've been healing from a herniated disc which has kept me off my feet for a while 🤕

It was a real TREAT seeing all these furbutts again. We truly did have one of the best weeks.

The PAWS Social pups had a fantastic high energy week with their friends. I told them they had to get all their energy and jumping beans out for Christmas so they are good boys and girls for their pawrents and be sure to get on the "Nice" list 😉🐾

We had some very happy, tired pups by the end of the week so I'm pawsitive that all of the PAWS Social pups were on that "Nice" list and got spoiled by big Ol' Santa PAWS! 🎅🐾

PAWS Social has a new recruit! I'd like to give a BIG welcome to this most handsome guy Mr. Titus.

Titus is as Sweet and Social as they come. He's basically a life sized teddy bear 🐻. He made friends instantly and has already become such a great addition to the PAWS Social pack🐾✨️

It was SO good to be back and have a full week with these amazing pups!!!🎉🥰🐾 So good to have all this dog love back in my day and have so many dogs to give my love to.

We also have a new face in Playgroup! I'd like to welcome you all to Lena! 💕 Such a smart, happy, sweet loving girl who was so amped up to meet her new friends. She is fast on her feet and loves to give the others a run for their money! 😆 Welcome aboard Lena. We are so happy to have you! 🐾🤗

Yesterday, was an incredibly devastating day for my husband and I, and for those who knew and loved our Casey boy aka "Squishy"...🐾💔

Pnemonia took our boy😢🩵 He fought so hard and had some good uplifting moments where we thought he was going to pull through. But the side effects from his necessary meds started to take a toll. We rushed him to Cavan Hills early Wednesday morning in hopes there was something that could be done...but his body couldn't take anymore and we knew we had to let him go.

There is a very peaceful, beautiful part to all this...when we had to lay our past boy Finnigan to rest, he was laid to rest at Cavan Hills. Not only is this where we laid Casey to rest, but laid him to rest in the very same room as our Finnigan 💚🥲 Boy did we ever feel the energy in that room!✨️

The heartwarming visuals of Casey and Finnigan running free in the tall green grass, warm sun shining down, and their big goofy tongues hanging out of their faces brings a certain warmth and comfort to our souls...

Casey, you were still just our baby boy, not even 2yrs old. You had the softest sweetest soul and everyone who met you just fell in love with the Squish.Your playgroup friends and girlfriend Lexi are going to miss you sweet silly boy...

You're Poppa and Momma miss you so so much. We missed your squishy snuggles this morning and those big lovable kisses. You're brothers and sisters are also mourning your loss. They all took their turn laying in your spot today...🥲 said they didn't want it to feel empty♡ They want you to know that they are taking extra good care of Momma and Poppa🩷💙

Dave and I want to deeply Thank everyone who took the time to send your love, healing energy, and kept our boy in your thoughts and prayers. It meant the world to us and we know it meant the world to him. 🙏🏻

Asking all my dog loving friends to please send your prayers, healing energy and love to our sweetest boy Casey...😥🐾

Casey is battling a very aggressive form of pneumonia. He is fighting hard and receiving the best care and medications available. We caught it super early but unfortunately wolfhounds are more prone to aggressive forms of pneumonia. I am having to hand feed him multiple times during the day for him to get his meds as he refuses to eat on his own as well as multiple treatments to help him breathe more comfortably.

We have had some moments of improvement, but not enough to push him past the worst of it.1 step forward, 3 steps back...😔

He seems to be declining but wanting to fight. We are trying our best to allow him his chance to fight, but we also know we do not want him to suffer.

It's been a very hard week for us.We were not prepared for this. Casey is not even 2 yrs old. He's the softest sweetest soul and doesn't deserve any of this... Our hearts are breaking, we are hoping for a miracle 🙏🏻✨️

I kindly ask for your patience and understanding this upcoming week as Casey needs my continuous 24-7 care 🤕. It may be the week we have to say goodbye...

Thank you so much for keeping our boy in your hearts 💕.
