Remi aka Rambo cause he has anger issues ⚠️⚠️

Remi is a part of our behavioural program due to aggression. We have completed 3 sessions so far. The second session was the first time I was able to grab a hold of the leash and take him for a walk using simple commands without him wanting to attack me every second. I’d say he did a great job but he still likes to come at me when he thinks he has the opportunity to. A jock strap is needed when training this guy as he likes to go for my junk 😂. Remi has prior bite history but we are aiming to teaching him how to control his aggression and learn not to resource to aggression when seeing people and dogs. As much as he is aggressive, this boy is sweet and sensitive. The bond between him and his female owner is amazing and I appreciate the motivation and eagerness to not give up on Remi and to learn how to properly guide him. He just has trust issues with other people. Can’t wait to continue seeing more progress with him 🐶

Everyone meet Dorothy and Scout 🦮🚶‍♀️

Dorothy rescued Scout about 6 months ago now and came to me to for some on leash training! When Scout came to me he was already a well behaved dog. During our on leash program we noticed some bad behaviours such as territorial, resource guarding, and having reactivity towards other people/kids and dogs but not all dogs. Being a rescue from Mexico, Scout definitely developed some bad behaviours in the streets that are coming out now since he’s becoming more comfortable with his owner and home. We are now teaching Scout how to ignore the things that made him reactive. Not all dogs will like other dogs or be playful with other dogs which is okay but you gotta teach them that reacting isn’t the right way to handle a situation they don’t like.

Scout is now starting another 5 sessions with me to train him on an ecollar, working on his reactivity, off leash and long recalls.

Rubble the big American bull dog with a huge personality 😂😍🐶

Rubble has joined my doggy boot camp a couple weeks ago for on leash training, distraction training, recall and some behaviour modifications as some dogs set him off and being over protective towards his owners with people coming into the house!⚠️⚠️

As a protective breed it is in their genetics to have protective instincts. I’m okay with a dog being protective but only at the right time! Rubble will learn how to do that👍

Watson or Watty as everyone calls him 🐶

Watty joined my dog boot camp a while ago for some on leash training, learning how to control his energy levels, not jumping on human and learning not to eat everything in the ground😂 This dog is just always ready to go go go🐕

With a dog like Watson it is very important to train him how to turn his go switch off and on and not just having it on constantly! Having routined sleep or rest time through out the day will help him to learn how to do that but consistency is key just like everything else with dog training 🔑🔑

Nola first time downtown working on her on leash skills and also learning how to focus on me and or another handler 🐶💪

Nola is a 2 year old mastiff/lab mix rescue that has been locked up and tied up her first 2 years of life. Now having an amazing home she tends to not know her limits of what she can and can’t do or know how to control her big ball of energy.

Nola has been doing training with me now for a couple months. Taking her downtown Barrie for her first time and seeing her progress in her training makes me extremely happy ☺️😍

Charlie has been putting in some training sessions! Saw him for the 4th time today and will be putting him to the test on Friday doing some long line recall at a off leash trail. Charlie was brought to be for leash training, recall, resource guarding, learning how to control his energy, and basic obedience. This guy loves sticks more then he does treats let me tell ya 😂🐶

Hercules is honestly the most gentle dog around kids, always looking out for them, knows how to play with them and especially because they always give him lots of food 😂❤️

Pretty amazed on how smart this dude is. Neeko came In today for a play date with the Big Dogs and I decided to do some training with him in the house. He didn’t know how to lay down on command and we introduced his “place” to him. He caught on in less than 15 minutes 👍

Make sure you book your puppy for some doggy boot camp training. It’s important to teach them young.

Koda has started his Big Dog boot camp today. He’s great on leash but needs help learning how to control his energy levels and not to bark at other dogs!
