Some of you may recognize this face. Katrina is one of the RVT’s at Aldergrove. She has volunteered her time to help Precious Paws Rescue run a spay/neuter clinic this weekend. Thank you Precious Paws Rescue for all you do for the Fort Albany community and Katrina we are so proud of you!

👩‍⚕️ Dr. Lauren Meakings – Co-owner & Veterinarian. Dr. Meakings has been caring for pets in our community since 2017, bringing both expertise and a passion for helping animals live their happiest, healthiest lives. Her interests include soft tissue surgery, dermatology and internal medicine. When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her playing tennis, skiing with her family, or caring for her dog Stevie and cat Waffles Tootie.
👩‍⚕️ Dr. Virginia Cornell – Co-owner & Veterinarian. Dr. Cornell has been with Aldergrove for more than 32 years and has made a commitment to her clients and team to not allow corporatization of the practice that she has dedicated her career to building. She is passionate about feline medicine, endoscopy and surgery. When she’s not practicing veterinary medicine, she enjoys traveling, cheering on her favorite hockey team and soaking up the sunshine poolside or on the beach! Dr. Cornell is a strong supporter of local businesses and youth sports.
👩‍⚕️ Amanda Latanville – Practice Manager. With 18 years of experience, Amanda is here to make your visit as smooth as possible, from check-in to check-out. She’s always ready with a smile, a kind gesture or a helpful piece of advice. She is an IT wizard and can fix just about anything in a flash.

Who doesn’t love a cute golden puppy. Mango was extremely willing to help us thank our volunteer Suzanne for all she does for us. Suzanne does a lot of things to help us on Mondays and Fridays, and is an angel on earth. We would be lost without her! Thank you Suzanne!
