SWEAT & STRETCH Saturday!🙌

We know the importance of recovery yet do we stretch enough ?! Probably not .. ()

Luckily our very own .carleen.dc has opened up a new clinic just steps away and is now offering Fascial Stretching! If you haven’t tried this, it’s incredible👌

Carleen is going to be up in the mezz this coming Saturday offering a free 5 min session to give you a feel of what you can expect! 9-11am. Anyone is the class is welcome, so let’s pack the house!💪
