WALK IN NAIK TRIM DATES UPDATE:

Due to heavy schedule-we are now only doing one walk in nail trim day a month. We’ll keep it 12-330 for now, and adjust accordingly 🙂

Injured Turtle? Call 705-741-5000.
We intake Turtles from all across Ontario.

Here are some steps to take when you find an injured Turtle!
- Get the Turtle into your vehicle or to a safe space.
- Note the exact location you found the Turtle.
- Give us a call at 705-741-5000.
- Put it into a dry, well ventilated box or bin - do not give the Turtle food, water, or treatment in any way. Keep them at room temperature.
- Wait for us to give you further instructions or call you back.
- Drive the Turtle to the centre or a first responder clinic close to you. Or wait patiently as we arrange for a volunteer driver to get the Turtle from you. You must have the Turtle in your possession for us to send a volunteer Turtle Taxi driver

May long weekend is our busiest weekend of the year. You may have to wait longer than usual to hear from us or have a Turtle picked up, but as long as they are safe and secure with you - that is much better than them being out on the road getting hit again and suffering further. Thank you all for being on the lookout and stay safe!

How many of you also feel like screaming in horror due to this upcoming storm?😱 ...
To be safe we have changed our dates to:
*Wednesday January 17th -12pm to 3:30pm
*Wednesday January 31st -12pm to 3:30pm

As always, it's $10 per dog and $5 for each additional dog from the same household.

You can also add $10 for a Feet, Face & F***y trim.

Our Christmas photo shoot last week was a huge success. We raised $520.00 for Home Again animal rescue! Thank you to everyone who came out with their fur babies ... if you missed it and would still like to donate, we will be accepting donations until Christmas 🎄

FIRST SUPER FUN AND AMAZING REVEAL!
As usual- ALL donations go to rescue (home again-Bancroft)
So not only do you get amazing photos and/or photo gifts of your pets-but you are providing huge help for Home Again Rescue in Bancroft.
I’m sure many of you are familiar with them or even have adopted (or foster failed hehe) some of their animals!!
Thank you thank you thank you!! It’s people like YOU that really put a dent into much needed support of our local rescues 🐾❤️

As most know- we at Cat Nap are in the business not to get rich but to help make and keep our pets, small and large-be the healthiest they can be and to avoid the super high vet costs if possible. We don’t carry ANY - BY PRODUCTS, CORN, SOY …wheat as well (however a few of our treats might have some wheat in them… but only one or two…)
We love every single one of your furkids and love to meet them
(all kinds of animals welcome-
We’ve had baby lions, baby racoons, baby goats, hedgehogs, a wallaby, an owl, etc visit us! SUCH A COOL EXPERIENCE!!)

We are also all quite educated and knowledgeable about nutrition and products and love to share our experiences. Please ask away about anything when you visit!
We all (Melissa, Ed and our wonderful store manager-Sunni) love chatting to all of you and welcome it as always:)
Just as an FYI- we follow MSRP (manufacturer suggested retail pricing) and will NEVER gouge our amazing customers-as I’ve heard other businesses are unethically doing 😞 I could give examples but I’m not petty as others and you all can see it
yourselves if comparing quality and pricing. We’ve frequently been told we have more selections and LOWER pricing than most big box chain pet stores! And they get better wholesale pricing than us!
Covid and the insane rise in pricing in all industries has really hurt small independent businesses - our store included - if you’ve never been-please come in and ask us anything! To our current wonderful customers/friends-thank you from the bottom of our hearts for shopping local and loyally supporting us!We ask that you please share this page with as many people as you can! Send people in store for all their needs and asks. We have something in store for referrals as I will reveal in another post soon!!
