We have received several complaints from our boarding clients regarding damaged to beds or lost toys. As previously stated, we cannot guarantee the condition or safe return of personal items. Despite our best efforts, unforeseen circumstances may arise. To mitigate this issue, we kindly request that clients only bring blankets, or alternatively, utilize the ones provided by our facility. Clients are welcome to bring toys; however, we advise against bringing their favorite items.

We are providing you with information regarding recent cases of a mild kennel cough strain in the Battlefords. After talking with our vet a few cases have come in and they weren’t dogs that had been in our care. Yesterday, I was informed that a dog that boarded with us began coughing a day after departure, and we are committed to transparency. Although our rigorous cleaning protocols are in place, airborne viruses can be challenging to control, but the safety and well-being of your pet remain our utmost priority. 💔 A Heartfelt Plea for Rawlie 💔

Can you imagine losing your beloved caregiver, then ending up in a noisy, crowded, and dilapidated Shelter -and all this when you're a senior? This is the heartbreaking reality for Rawlie, a 10-year-old lab/border collie mix who was surrendered after his owner passed away. Rawlie is very sad at the Shelter and longs to find his furever home in time for the holidays.
