Winnie’s would like to share a story about this incredible boy named Towser, a resilient spirit who deserves a second chance at a happy life. Towser first landed himself in a shelter at the tender age of 3, but his fate took a brighter turn when he was adopted and spent 3 1/2 glorious years with his new family. Unfortunately, the arrival of a baby led to Towser being displaced once again, finding himself in a shelter at the age of 7. As a senior, his chances of a new beginning seemed slim, but Winnie’s couldn’t resist coming to his aid. Now, Winnie’s is on a mission to find a loving family who will welcome Towser into their home and shower him with the love, kindness, and compassion he so rightly deserves. This charming boy is ready to embark on the next chapter of his life, free from the worry of being discarded. At Winnie’s, Towser’s life matters, and we’re committed to ensuring he receives the love and care he so richly deserves.

A word from the dog

My name is Tokyo. I'm a 2 year and 2 month old mix Rottweiler & German Shepherd female dog. In the words of my owner, I am the most playful dog he's ever had. I love to cuddle, stare in my owners' eyes and follow him everywhere. On a good night, I get to lick his feet when he steps out of the shower and late at night, jump in his warm bed by his feet. I've lots of energy, love to take walks and just lay cool and sleep as much as I can. Much to my owner's regret, I have to find a new home due to irreconcilable differences with my owner's landlord. I'm looking for a new home that will provide me with as much love as I will give back.
