As tempuratures drop we spent the beginning of the week prepping to be able to provide the best care even when the weather is less than desirable! This includes pulling out extra blankets, making sure all the feeders are topped up, and filling extra hay nets for the 'special needs' horses. We do our very best to make sure all horses have access to some type of extra feed to help get them through these cold temps!

‼️Support Needed‼️

Friends we have been contacted by the Alberta SPCA to help find support for two horses who just came into their care in the Grand Prairie area. If we have any community, friends or followers who would have a soft landing to offer 2 horses please reach out to us ASAP and we will put you in touch with the officer in charge. We have little information but believe they are handled and most likely seniors. The officers would prefer not to have to transport them too far so the closer to the GP area the better. TIA
