Celly's Pet Supplies Distributing is looking for a results-driven, customer centric Marketing Office Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in building, and maintaining, strong, lasting brand relationships. This is an important position on our team as the direct connection with every customer that contacts our office.

Key Responsibilities:
Build marketing programs to support sales and marketing objectives across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, direct mail, etc..)
Develop, implement and manage social media strategy across different platforms
Write, review, edit, and update various content (articles, blog posts, web copy, landing pages, instruction manuals)
Use Google Analytics to evaluate the marketing programs and make recommendations for improvements
Work with various teams, stakeholders, and agencies to coordinate marketing campaigns
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with customer database
Create, edit and update marketing collateral (brochures, case studies and web assets)
Customer Service & Order Entry
Customer Service contact for customer accounts
Primary contact for price and lead time inquiries
Processing and coordination of customer’s POs
Main point of contact for questions regarding deliveries and pricing
Coordinate internal processing general customer and vendor orders
Organize booking and purchasing in ERP system (Smart Vendor, Shopify)
Organize and plan scheduling for incoming orders
Schedule incoming shipments for order fulfillment
Provide backup for order shipping and receiving Requirements
Warehouse & Inventory management
staying up to date on product knowledge of our brands.
Key Requirements:
Must love pets
Must be proficient with WORD, Excel, e-mail, internet use and computerized documentation. Smart Vendor & Shopify a plus
Must possess excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Must have experience in working as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Knowledge of Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & email marketing platforms (Google)
Experience with Google Analytics and Hootsuite is an asset.
