Welcome to Udogo!

Udogo is Swahili for small. I thought this to be an appropriate name , as I am a Toy Breeder. Years ago, I was breeding and showing Golden Retrievers. We were home to two Champion girls and One Champion boy. I found the , “show scene” so political and became disillusioned.

I moved away from the large breeds and remained out for many years. I purchased my first Toy Yorkie 12 yrs ago and fell madly in love! No shedding, compact, cuddly and hypoallergenic. Despite her size, she had the energy and attitude of a lrg dog. How could I not share that joy?

I had my first litter and was “bitten” by the breeding bug again!

I have remained a small Hobby Breeder. All of my dogs are my pets first! They sleep in our bed and are not housed in kennels. Our puppies are part of home while with us.
