Goldie and Meryl are affectionate bunnies who love to explore outside their cage, are food motivated and enjoy spending time with each other. Not necessarily bonded, but wouldn’t mind being in a home together.

This is some important information to think about when adopting any animal. We need to remember that a lot of these animals will take time to settle in to a new home and will need a patient family to help them do that. The care attendants at the shelter have worked with these animals for quite a while and have a lot of advice when introducing them into your home. We wouldn’t expect a child to immediately hug a stranger so a cat hiding under the bed for a few weeks doesn’t mean they won’t be an affectionate cat. Ask questions, do some research, sleep on it and most importantly be patient.

We are now accepting vendors for our upcoming Poker Run on June 23rd! There is no cost to set up a table, but a donation for our silent auction table that will be happening day of the event would be greatly appreciated. Please keep in mind that the main demographic will be people who ride motorcycles so their carrying space is limited. Although we will be advertising and welcoming anyone to come shop and enjoy the day. Set up time would be approximately 9am and tear down would be around 2pm. You will need to provide your own table. Bob and Lawless are 2 of the rabbits that were recently rescued from a hoarding situation. They enjoy each others company and wouldn’t be upset if they were adopted together. If you are looking for two well behaved rabbits to include in your family these guys would be perfect. They enjoy gentle pets, all types of rabbit friendly fruits and veggies and they don’t mind being held.
