It’s been a terrible tick season — some clients are finding 30+ ticks crawling on their pets 😱. These creepy little hitchhikers aren’t just gross, they can carry serious diseases.

This week we’ve had a flood of cuteness — tiny paws, wagging tails, and the sweetest little mews. 🐶🐱 From bouncy puppies to curious kittens, our newest patients have stolen every heart in the building (and maybe a few treats, too 😉).

🧠🐾 We're using a little AI to make a big difference!

Our Vets and RVT's will be using AI-assisted recording technology to help create visit notes more efficiently- which means more time with, and less time on the computer.

It's also helping us open up more appointment spots, especially for urgent cases, and ensuring every pet gets the attention they deserve during their visit.🐈🐕

This technology has been widely used in human medicine for years, and now it's helping us make your pet's visit smoother and more effective- and yes, it's working.

We try to mention it at the beginning of each visit, but if you have any questions-just ask! We are always happy to chat.
