Outdoor ring - 80 x 200 ft, fenced, grass ring for dressage or jumping
Hacking - 40 acres in our hay fields
Stalls - Large, bright, well bedded box stalls with large windows with excellent air flow.
Barn - Our well-maintained century bank barn is warm in the winter and cool and breezy in the summer.

Two stalls are available as of July 1, 2024 or for the fall at our small, quiet, private bank barn.

Excellent, experienced, on-site care

Indoor board with lots of turnout

Bank barn is cool and comfortable in the summer and comfy and cozy in the winter. Large, bright box stalls with windows.

Indoor arena: 70 x 136 ft
Outdoor, fenced, grass ring: 80 x 200 ft
Hacking over 40 acres

Feed: grain 2 x day, hay 3-4 x day, plus supplements and extras if provided

Daily turnout in post and board paddocks

Stalls mucked and bedded daily so horses have a fresh, clean, well-bedded stall

Horses are happy and healthy!

ISO of a safe older horse, between 14.2 and 15hh suitable for beginner or small adult returning to riding.

Must be safe, sound, sane, tie, enjoy being brushed, stand for students, vet, blacksmith, safe to handle, safe working alone or with other horses, hack and trailer.

No vices.

📌 Coach Certification is like a degree; after successfully passing the evaluation, the coach or instructor is certified for life.

Certified coaches and instructors are trained and evaluated by technical experts, must demonstrate certain outcomes and meet safety standards set out by NCCP. It is the Education Process.
