Severin Pederson's 3R's training program

Severin Pederson of 3R's Training Program has been helping horses and riders develop a true partnership for over 20 years. Severin began his formal training in steer wrestling, calf roping and team roping after earning a full scholarship to Odessa Junior College in Texas. He eventually went on to win the Junior World Timed Event Championship. Severin is a three time winner of the "Trainer of the N

orth Challenge", an accomplished barrel racer and has qualified for the World Series of Team Roping in Las Vegas on multiple occasions. He also works in the television and film industry as a stunt rider and wrangler. Some of his projects include: Strange Empire, The 100, and Legends of Tomorrow. Severin holds many clinics throughout the year at his family's ranch in Black Creek, as well as surrounding areas. He is known as "the go to guy" when horse owners and trainers have a problem they cannot solve. As a result of his focus on feel, timing, balance, and release, Severin is a truly multi-discipline trainer. His natural talent for horsemanship is reflected in his passion to educate, motivate, and inspire riders and horses.
