We’re happy to share that our shipping company resumed operations last week from a five-week strike. While this is a positive step forward, here are a few important updates:

• Tracking Information: Tracking updates may take some time. It’s normal if your order still shows as “unfulfilled” or the tracking says “not found”—this means the package has not been scanned yet.
• Backlog Updates: Before the strike, we experienced delays on certain sizes and colors due to unexpected delays from our supplier. We now have close to two thousand packages sent on December 23 - January 6 - January 13 that had been waiting for multiple weeks in shipping warehouses. It’s normal that you see many customers waiting, and we are truly sorry for this situation. (Please note that delayed orders are eligible for a significant credit on a future purchase)
🔅Processing Time: The current processing time for new orders is 2-4+ weeks minimum and may vary depending on personalized orders
