Excited to open his own practice, Dr. Armia Beshay has over 25 years of experience in vet medicine. Typically working with cats and dogs in both regular and emergency practices. Between January 2024 - December 2024 we had 65 POSITIVE 4Dx Snap Tests.
All varying diseases from Heartworm, Lyme, Anaplasma and Ehrlichia.

Some of these dogs were on prevention, but not year round, a few were on some form of prevention but didn't have vaccinations, most were not on prevention at all.

Lets make this number smaller this year! Within the first 2 weeks of 2025 we have already seen 3 positive cases at our clinic!

Some of the dogs who tested positive were on prevention, but only during the summer months! Some dogs were on oral/topical prevention but were not vaccinated against Lyme disease.

Someone is starting to feel a little better! 🥰 Ted is a shelter kitty spending some time in our hospital since he was feeling quite under the weather and needed some extra TLC and supportive care 🤒 Although he isnt 100% yet we were so happy to see him enjoying love from staff today ❤️ We are hoping Ted will make a full recovery soon so he can head into his new forever home 🏠 If you'd like to donate and help out other shelter kitties like Ted visit the link below! https://forms.oshawa.ca/Finance-Services/Donation-Forms/Online-Donation-Form

We will be CLOSED for the long weekend from Saturday August 3rd - Monday August 5th . !!!! This Wednesday July 31st we are open as usual from 9:00am-5:00pm for food and medication pick ups only. !!!! Our last day to order food and medications, before the long weekend, is Wednesday July 31st at 1:00pm. We will be OPEN on Tuesday August 6th - Friday August 9th from 9:00am-8:00pm for full services. Regular hours will resume on Saturday Augusth 10th. If you need anything in the meantime, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help your pet with their needs.
