This is my daughter's favorite way to serve deviled eggs. 🌷 She makes it every year for Easter, and our guests love it. With her permission, I'll share the recipe with you. I hope you will try it.

This is a must try recipe for all you fresh egg lovers out there 🍳

🥚 Preheat oven to 350˚F.

🥚Carefully separate egg whites from yolks (try not to break the yolks).

🥚Using an electric mixer, beat egg whites until medium peaks form.

🥚Gently fold in bacon, cheese, chives, salt, and pepper until just combined.

🥚Drop spoonfuls egg whites mixture onto a greased baking sheet, making 8 mounds, about 2 inches apart.

🥚Create a well in the center of each egg white mound with the back of a spoon.

🥚Bake egg whites for 4minutes. Remove from oven and place a yolk into each well.

🥚Place tray back into oven and bake for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.

🥚Remove from oven and top with sliced chives and sea salt. Serve and enjoy 😊

I don’t get to interact with my end customers often but it is so encouraging when I run into people and they tell me they love our eggs and support our company!

Did you know? Our first try at chicken farming started in Queensville. We had 10 chickens and started selling eggs from a small fridge on our porch. Our first company name was The Delicate Dozen back in 2016, which transitioned into The Gamble Farm when we bought the farm in Port Sydney in 2017.

Chilli oil scrambled eggs 🍳 🌶️

Our new fav!!

Infuse a good quality olive oil ( we use .fine.foods ) with red pepper chilli flakes

Use 1/2 tsp in hot pan and fry/scramble your eggs. Add some cheese, green onions and any other veggie you like.

Simple, easy, delicious 😋

Going to a bbq or gathering today? Add radish to your devilled eggs for a red and white themed appetizer 🥚

Simply, easy and always a party favourite ❤️

INGREDIENTS:

6 hard-boiled eggs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Paprika
1 radish

INSTRUCTIONS:

🥚Peel hard-boiled eggs and cut in half. Place yolks in a bowl, mash and mix with mayonnaise.

🥚Place egg mixture in a plastic bag, cut the tip off the corner and pipe egg mixture into egg halves.

🥚lightly sprinkle eggs with paprika.

🥚Using a vegetable peeler, peel strips off the radish and place on top of the eggs.
