PETS TOO made its final delivery today in Muskoka before Dave, Pebbles and I head out to BC. The pet food will be used for those in need in the Baysville/Dorset area. Right photo: We have Michelle, owner of Humble Pie Butter Tart Factory & Pizzeria in Baysville, who made this donation happen with her fundraiser for Pets Too which raised $622.50 – a big thank you to Michelle, to all of the folks who donated there, and to Sharron Purdy of Moosonee Puppy Rescue for providing her beautiful jewelry pieces which were sold at Michelle's fundraiser with full proceeds going to Pets Too. You will all help to fill the bellies of beloved companion animals. I also want to thank folks in and out of the Muskoka community for being so very supportive in our cause to help people in need to feed their pets over the last few years. Special thanks to Carolin, manager at Pet Valu Depot Drive, who was an inspiration to me and played a huge role in the success of Pets Too. Thank you also to the Muskoka Community Foundation, the District Municipality of Muskoka, and the Town of Bracebridge for supporting our mission. Finally, to all of you in Muskoka – please consider adding a few cans or a bag of pet food to your donation to food banks – it will go a long way to support the very important bond between pets and their humans. PETS ARE FAMILY!!!!!! Once in BC and established there, Pets Too will do whatever it can to try to reach out to Muskoka again. Love and best wishes to all of you.

THANK YOU SO MUCH to Michelle (in the photo), owner of Humble Pie Butter Tart Factory & Pizzeria in Baysville, for her fundraiser for Pets Too. Drum roll please...the amount of $622.50 was raised to help people in need to feed their pets!! Pet food was also donated to the cause!! Thank you to all of the folks who donated - you will help to fill the bellies of beloved companion animals. Pets are members of our families and they give so much to help us through difficult times. Thank you also to Sharron Purdy of Moosonee Puppy Rescue for providing her beautiful jewelry pieces which were sold at Michelle's fundraiser with full proceeds going to Pets Too. This was the final push for Pets Too as Dave, Pebbles and I will be moving to BC very soon.

PETS TOO supports Muskoka Food Banks, including the Winter Pantry - Baysville & Dorset, by helping their clients care for and feed their pets.

Sadly, the fine folks who facilitate PETS TOO will be leaving MUSKOKA and with your support the Humble Pie Butter Tart Factory would like to help them with their Final Push by raising awareness, funds, and pet food donations! Cash donations of $25 or more are eligible for charitable receipts.

Now through July 9th the Bakery will be donating 100% of proceeds from the sale of home-made Sweet Potato Dog Treats.

This past month has been really busy for PETS TOO, delivering pet food to Gravenhurst Salvation Army (top), Huntsville Salvation Army (bottom left), and Bracebridge Salvation Army (bottom right). On Friday, September 10th, Manna Food Bank was given a donation of pet food from PETS TOO. You can see the ever so hard working Bonnie Paterson, Food Coordinator for Manna, in the photo. My wonderful Dad past away on May 20 and donations were made in his memory to Pets Too. I would like to thank all of the donors for their generosity and support of helping people in need to feed their beloved companion animals. Dad was very much an animal advocate and he would be truly happy that bellies of companion animals are full! Love you and miss you, Dad - and thank you for all you taught me about kindness to both animals and people.
