It's just a dog they say. It's just a groom they say.
No, it's not just a dog and it wasn't just a groomer relationship.
These babies become as much a part of our lives as they are yours. Outside of your family, we see them more than anyone else does through their lives. We enjoy them as puppies, we mold and train them in some ways as they grow into young adults. We cherish their goofiness, their sweetness, their intelligence, their mischievousness .
We know when they are feeling low, when they are not themselves, are hurting or unwell. We worry as we would for our own. We hurt knowing your baby may be unwell. We try to find and suggest ways to keep these babies healthy and happy through their lives. We push you to do things to help them or not do something that might cause them any harm or discomfort, unknowingly.
We watch them get white in their faces, the loss of hearing or the blue glaze over their eyes and it bleeds our hearts knowing it's the twilight of their lives and pray that it stretches out for as long as possible.
We respect and love them in their sunset years; understanding their special needs; trying our best to keep them comfortable despite the age.
One day that sun sets. It pains us, breaks our hearts as losing one of our own - someone we loved and cherished for years, or decades.
We are the humans they trusted through their lives to look out for them.
No, it's not just a dog and no, we aren't just groomers . It's a bond, a relationship, a cherished memory; that we will remain with us until our last breath.

Heart update
No blockages!!!!!!!

Still have weak heart but meds will fix that. I am back to work on Thursday December 5
Booking for Tuesday December 10 th now. Still have lots of room.

Update on my health scare
I found out Wednesday November 20 that my heart is only working at 30%
Yes that’s serious
I’m scheduled to have a angiogram on Tuesday November 26 to see what the problem is and if there is any blockages they missed on all the other testing they did last week.
Until Tuesday I can’t work, can’t lift anything and I’m on medication now.

I will update Wednesday with when I will be back to work.
I want to sincerely thank my customers for understanding during this stressful time. I have the best clients. 🐾❤️
