‼️PLEASE READ‼️ Effective immediately, we are implementing a no show fee. We understand that things happen and plans change, however we now require 48 hours notice if you are cancelling a reservation to ensure we have time to call people on our wait list. If you do not provide notice, and your animal(s) do not show up, you will be required to pay a $50 no show fee prior to being able to book again. Booking and not showing up continues to be an ongoing issue. We are hopeful this will eliminate it, but if it doesn’t, we will start requiring a credit card at the time of booking. We had to turn many people away this long weekend due to being full, only to end up with empty kennels due to numerous no shows.
