🐾 Parker Needs a Special Home 🐾

Parker isn’t like other dogs—he’s special in every way. With his gentle soul, kind eyes, and endless love to give, he has touched the hearts of everyone at the Brant County SPCA. But Parker needs something more—a family to call his own.

Parker came to us through our Moving Hearts program, but his wellness exam revealed a serious health issue—a grade 4 heart murmur. While this condition makes his future uncertain, one thing is clear: Parker deserves to spend every moment feeling loved, safe, and cherished.

Despite his heart condition, Parker is full of life, sweet, and affectionate. His heart may not be perfect, but his love is. He recently underwent a special neuter surgery to accommodate his condition, and we’re happy to share that he is recovering well!

Now, Parker is ready to find his person—someone who will open their heart and home to him and give him the unconditional love he so deeply deserves. His adoption fee is fully covered, and he will go home on a medical waiver.

While you’re celebrating with green drinks and good cheer, don’t forget to keep your pets safe! Here are some paw-some tips to ensure your furry friends stay happy and healthy during the festivities:

✅ Keep alcohol out of paw’s reach – Even small amounts can be toxic to pets!
✅ Create a safe indoor environment – Loud celebrations can be stressful, so make sure your pet has a quiet place to relax.
✅ Beware of party poppers and confetti – They may seem fun, but they can be dangerous if ingested!
✅ Ensure their ID/microchip information is up to date – Just in case they get spooked and run off.
