VIK9 (and now VIK9 AHSS) was trained and Certified by MSAR. We use his protocols in training specific service dogs for specific people’s needs. For many disabilities, you cannot have a carbon copy training program as every person’s needs and reaponses are unique. We have been and currently are involved with MSAR (and others across Canada) in establishing Industry Standards (the first one finally came i to existance in 2022). I am personally living proof of the benifits of a specifically trained service dog and how they can compliment the other supports in one’s life to become empowered over their conditions. For those of you that need legitimate Service Dogs please see Cote legitimate service dog organizations so you can get proper training, public access training and legitimate credentials. Organizations like this one pray on those of you that have limited funds but need legitimate Service Dogs.

I pray we all will continue to rejuvenate our individual and collective efforts to heal from our past and become the dream of what Canada can be…a truly amaxing country where all are valued, respected and have equal opportunities.

Had a Timmies coffee the other day. I was in a good mood and I brought a smile to others face (and snickers) from the coffee. (You may need to zoom in on the pic.). I was bot aware of it until someone said I had a unique smile, I was not sure what they meant until I looked at myself.

HUGE CONGRATs!!!! Diesel and his Handler have just completed their Pairing Process and will be returning home this weekend. VIK9/VIK9 AHSS will be supporting this team with regular team training sessions to support the integration to the Handler’s area, routine, structure and to develop to our Level 3 Certification. Yay!!!
