Reservation/Cancellation Policy:

Non-holiday time and non-peak season is defined as any period that is excluded from our Holidays & Peak season policy. Please refer to that section for time periods.
A 2-night minimum stay is required on weekends to better accommodate all our furry guests.
A deposit of 25% of your entire reservation amount is required when the booking is confirmed. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation, the booking will be cancelled.
A Cancellation more than 48 hours before your boarding check-in date will receive a full refund of your deposit.
Any cancellation request done outside business hours will be considered as being received the next day. This can lead to the loss of deposit if it doesn’t comply with our required 48 hours notice for cancellations during non-holiday & non- peak times.

FOOD AND MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION:
Feeding times for dogs in boarding will be 6:00am-8:00am, and 4:00pm-6pm. We recommend that you bring your dog’s own food when boarding, but this is not required. Continuing their own food helps avoid digestion issues that can result from switching food. Please be sure all food is brought it in a sealable container or plastic container with lid. We recommend bringing extra food just in case your travel plans change. You may also want to consider increasing the amount of food that your dog typically eats due to the increased activity level. If you do not bring your dog’s own food, we provide a dry “house” food that your dog can eat. If your dog runs out of food, we will feed them our house food unless other arrangements are made.
Cost of in- house food is $2.50 per meal.
Medication is only administered with proper documentation, per the instructions documented.Medication must be brought in the original packaging with the prescribed instructions.
