What have I been doing since Christmas?? Collars....... 50 collars for South Paw Conservation Dog Rescue. If you are looking for a new pup or adding one to your current pack, please consider saving a dog's life by adopting. SPC will guide you through what you need to know about adopting a dog, ie decompressing time, etc. And a big thank you to our customers who sent a couple of dollars toward the cost of hardware for these collars, the pups appreciate it.

A Christmas pic of 3 loyal customers, Kobie, Pheebe and Bowie, in Quebec all dressed up in matching Christmas collars. I would like to thank all of our dedicated customers who have returned once again this year as well as welcome all of the new customers. Despite the postal strike affecting the Christmas business and the fact that I haven't been able to do shows for 3 years since radiation treatment you have continued to support this at home business and to spread the word to your friends. It means a great deal to me. I may be a bit slower than I was when I started but I still enjoy dressing the pups. This year has been especially difficult to keep going after we lost our name sake, Princess Lucy. But we take comfort from Lucy sending Lolo to us, hence Lady Lolo became our healing dog. We adopted Lolo from South Paw Conservation Nova Scotia, a wonderful organization who take the time to match pups from the Bahamas with their perfect humans and who also provide support with any questions we have and to offer advice on how to deal with an adopted dog. We have been honored to provide the collars to SPC for the dogs they bring to Nova Scotia and thanks to those of you who have sent a contribution to help me continue to provide those collars. So once again a huge thank you and I would like to wish each and every one of you and your family (that includes, of course, your pups) a wonderful, joy filled Christmas.

Update....... Many thanks to those you have sent a gift to help the pups. Gifts have arrived from $2.00 to 25.00 and it warms my heart to know there are so many of our customers you are willing to help these dogs. Just a little more is needed for me to place the order I need to get started on collars right after Christmas.
This is a wonderful organization who are there for welfare of the dogs and help their new humans find the best match. They need collars and like the collars I've made for them and have even taken some to the Bahamas for the dog walkers there. I do the work and just need help paying for the hardware. If you can help with the purchase of hardware that would be wonderful. Thank you

I was asked to make one of these for a customer so I needed a model and Lolo is doing her job. Of course, you will see her sporting her new fleece scarf this winter.

Fundy is getting his first Christmas bling. He's a 20 month old Landseer Newf pup and these collars will fit him now and hopefully I've made them big enough to fit him into adult years as well. Biggest collars I've made to this time. :) Merry Christmas to Fundy and his family.
