These 2 adorable kittens are up for adoption. They are 2 male brown tabbies with white socks. Both are socialized with dogs and are litter trained. 💥 SEMINAR 💥 Update: since we have so much interest, we are going to have to cut off registration in a few more people and start taking a wait list

Since we are not taking on new clients, and we have lots of people who want to get in to see us, we thought we'd organize a 1 day seminar on dog training and basics. It will be a PowerPoint presentation with theory, with a few dogs allowed for working spots.

The seminar will cover:
-Foundational skills of pet dog training
- Breaking Down the Basics
- Manners/Daily life vs Obedience training and why Obedience training helps control in daily life.
- Handler basic knowledge/skills
- Drives in dogs and what it means/why its important to develop them
- Breed specific needs
- Why using food is so powerful in teaching behaviors
- How/when to fade the food, or should you?
- Why people struggle to move into distractions training
- Problem solving
- Bonus topic: Using ecollar technology to advance training for pet dogs

This course will be open to any pet owners (clients new and existing) as well as dog trainers. Open to anyone who wants to learn more about training dogs and hone their skills and knowledge of pet dog training.
This course will begin at 10am, with 45 min break at noon.
Morning will be all theory. Afternoon some hands on work with dogs, one on one.
Working spots will have 2 sessions each, approx 20 min sessions.

Working spots with dog: $200 for the day (4 dogs maximum, will be selected via applications)
Audit spots: $150 for the day (space is limited)
Bring your notebook, and a chair!

Date: Sunday, March 24th 2024.
Applications for working spots must be submitted by March 10.
Application for a working spot includes the contact form through our website, as well as videos sent through messenger of your dog working with you. Selection will take place March 10.
