Hi Pet Pack!

We hear this new mysterious dog virus has made its way up to Canada.

This is a new respiratory virus that affects dogs, similar to Kennal cough, but worse. We wanted to address some safety protocols that were implementing and continuing here.

1. Continuation of sanitizing toys and play areas - backyard, floors, etc. with animal safe disinfectant

2. Removing shared water bowls. Don't worry. We will be offering water just in a controlled way. We will be having water breaks throughout the day/night and wash the bowls between dogs from the same household.

3. If your dog is sick - especially with any respiratory concerns like coughing, PLEASE do not send them to daycare or boarding.

We know that may put you in a difficult position however, safety is our priority, and if we can eliminate contact with anyone who may be sick to help prevent anything from spreading.

Also, please see your vet ASAP!

Please note, if any of ours get sick, we will notify you ASAP of a closure.

The Rainbow Bridge 🌈

The time that every pet owner doesn't want to come. We love our pack members and when we learn that one has crossed over the rainbow bridge it's hard to know that our pack is missing someone special.

Over the past few months we have lost two pack members.

Echo our sassy, funny, loving husky that passed in August.

RIP Echo 2017-2022

Max our sweet, docile ol'man who at times thought he was a puppy again passed in October.

RIP Max 2007-2022

You both will forever be in our hearts and apart of our pack forever. 💕💕

Meet Sparrow!

Sparrow is a 3.5 year old husky/ shepherd/ heeler/ rotti mix.

The older brother of Captain and Jack who we've previously featured.

Also, did you catch on to the theme of their names? Together they are Captain Jack Sparrow, how cute!

Sparrow is a gentle soul. We remember when he first started coming to daycare he was anxious now when he sees us he gets excited to come see his friends and play. He loves playing outside sniffing around.

You can tell he's the older brother, he's often the first one trying to settle the little ones down if things are getting rambunctious haha!

Meet Jack!

Meet Captain!

Captain is a 6ish month old husky, shepherd mix.

Captain is full of puppy energy and lloovveess to play with his friends. He's a happy go lucky pup that loves to run around especially outside!

He's also growing like a w**d! First picture was when he first started a few months ago and second this month! We can't wait to see him fully grown!

Our newest addition to our family!

Her name is Akiza which in Japanese means Rose. She's a Shiba Inu - origin Japan.

She was born on May 10,2022 with two sisters and one brother.

We cannot wait to see her little personality come out!

Meet Penny!

Penny is a soon to be 5 year old golden retriever!

She was our first offical walking client back when we launched our business in the beginning of October 2021!

Penny is such an amazing girl that gets so excited when she realizes I'm at the door!

As we head into the long weekend please keep your pets safe! Fireworks are scary, Shadow becomes a super suck and anxious mess during these times.
We will ensure all our boarding dogs this weekend are walked before fireworks start to ensure all fur babies are safe.

Meet Dexter!

Dexter is a 7 year old Dorberman/retriever mix.

Dexter is full of energy and lloovveess to play with toys and his friends. He's a happy go lucky dog that also loves to see his friends. I'm often met at his door with his leash in his mouth ready to take himself to the car! 😅

Meet Echo!

Echo's a 5.5 years old Husky.

Echo loves to be a shadow. He follows me everywhere around the house and loves his walks! He has a gentle soul and to my surprise he doesn't have the husky sass! 😅

Meet Gracie!

Gracie is a 3.5 year old Blue heeler.

When Gracie first started coming to the drop in program she was so nervous and shy. After a couple weeks she has opened up and can't wait to get inside once she's dropped off!

She loves playing with her friends, toys, being outside and loves her throne (ottoman) when she needs a rest.

We're so proud of her and so glad she loves her other pack members!

We love our dogs soo much and think it's important to spend a couple of hours of one on one with them from them to time.

Today we had some down time from our boarding dogs sooo we gave Bentley a special outting!

We went to Petvalu and had a nice bath!
Then we went off to Ren's to do a weigh in and she got to pick a toy and some treats.

She's sooooo happy
